Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer super zentralen Lage und bietet kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Besonders praktisch: Wer mit einem Elektroauto anreist, kann die Batterie kostenlos an der hoteleigenen Ladestation aufladen.
Da ich sehr empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiere, musste ich das Zimmer wechseln. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (vermutlich Herr Karim) hat sich sofort freundlich und professionell darum gekümmert – wirklich top Service.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Top Hotel zur Übernachtung in Lugano
Pros:

freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute Qualität in der benachbarten Pizzeria, gute Zimmerausstattung, bequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück Buffet

Cons:

Badewanne mit Dusche ist heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Cons:

The room had a very bad air quality, would have been nice and spacey otherwise. Leaving open all windows for several hours did not help. Also, it is sold as "quiet" and "soundproof". However the hotel is located directly at a big crossroad with lots of traffic, a 2 layer window can hardly go through as "soundproof" in my opinion. Indeed one could hear the traffic quite a bit.

Ein sympathisches Highlight unter den Hotels in Lugano
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Promenade fast vor der Tür, die Altstadt und der Park zu Fuß zu erreichen, Parkplatz und schnelle Verbindung zur Autobahn.
Superfreundliches, professionelles Personal.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung mit dicken Teppichböden und der Zugang zur Dusche über den Einstieg in die Badewanne ist unangenehm

Super hotel with super staff in a great location
Pros:

I like the staff especially Caterina humble girl and she’s very nice and helpful, we have been upgraded to very nice room with balcony, The breakfast outstanding no comment at all, hopefully will come back again

The toilet fan and door not locked room air conditioning but we dealt with that

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem netten Hotel mit Balkonzimmern.
