Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel decor is a bit dated but it was clean and well maintained. Location wise it’s located between the station and city centre (15-20 min walk) or 5min by bus. Good spread for breakfast and with friendly and efficient service.

Karim at the reception was super helpful. Despite being busy most of the time he always went an extra mile to help us and patiently talked us through the various options on transportations to Menaggio and sites to see in Lugano. We have stayed in 5 stars hotel before and his service was comparable- top notch. He definitely made our stay in Lugano more memorable.

Exceptional Excellent Experience
Pros:

Everything was great including room, breakfast , car parking , and especially the staff were extremely caring.
What made the trip great was the staff.

Cons:

Despite the location was far from the center I desire , they gave me free bus pass which was a great solution.

Will definately return
Pros:

The hotel is spotless and the staff are great. Providing the holiday pass details was fantastic for getting discount on site seeing activitiesbin the area.
Location is perfect for going up the mountain and for the boat terminal and short walk to the train station.
Pool area was nice and quiet and beautiful lake views.

Cons:

Staff was very nice,Breakfast was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable.Location of the hotel is also amazing. I absolutely recommend this hotel if you are coming with your family or by yourself. Im sure me and my family will be coming back here.

erholsamer Stopp auf einer längeren Reise

Die Bedienung war in jeder Hinsicht sehr freundlich und hilfreich, gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel. Terrasse, die durch Bäume und Hecken gut gegen die vorbeiführende größere Straße abgeschirmt ist.

Cons:

Etwas, dass das Hotel nicht ändern kann. Die Kritik gehört eher der Stadt Lugano: Berge und See grandios, aber vieles zugebaut. Keine grundsätzliche Kritik.
