Das Personal - vorallem Antonella am Empfang sind extrem (Kinder-)freundlich. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür und man kann kostenlos mit ihm ins Zentrum fahren. Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist, dafür dass es inklusive ist, umfangreich und vielseitig. Die Zimmer im 6. Stock hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den See mit Balkon. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder für einen Zwischenstopp hier übernachten.
Die Zimmer an sich sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber.

Great room, lots of little perks, staff was very gracious and helpful. Lots of free parking. 3 minute walk to lake promenade and funicular to top of San Salvatore mountain!

Some parts of the hotel feel a little dated and my room was slightly dark, but overall I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very comfortable, good location near the lake with easy access to city centre. Great breakfast.
The Wi-Fi was very poor. As a working traveller, this was a significant issue and made it difficult to get work done. In 2026, I would expect a four-star hotel to provide a reliable internet connection, particularly given how many guests need to work while travelling.
