Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était conforme à nos attentes. Un grand merci à Daniel, que nous avons vu au bar et au petit déjeuner : adorable, prévenant et très professionnel. On sent qu’il aime son métier ! Sa gentillesse nous a donné envie de revenir prendre un verre et a vraiment égayé notre séjour. Une vraie chance pour l’hôtel d’avoir un employé comme lui.

Pros:

Gute Lage, fast direkt am See. Zu Fuss am See entlang ist man in 15-20min im Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle vom/zum Bahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür. Wasser und Minibar im Zimmer ist inklusive. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Es ist slles frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Ticino Card wird vom Hotel ausgestellt und berechtigt zur kostenlosen Nutzung des ÖV. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen, das Kopfkissen zu hoch und das Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung.
