Shower and bedding

The bathroom was out of towels and bath supplies. Such as no shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, and I contacted the front desk to bring us some, but they never showed up.

Twice someone tried to break in our room we contacted the front desk, but nobody ever answered. There were fights and screaming in the halls. Around 130 and 3:30 AM waking us up every time.

When you walked into the hotel, it was hot. It was like the air-conditioning was turned off. The only thing that was cool were the rooms and the AC was on there but nowhere else.

Where to start. We had stayed here on last 3 trips down, was decent, clean, staff was ok. This time .... never again. The security door that you normally need a room card to get in .... wire is hanging out, doesnt lock at all. some guy riding his hoverboard up and down the halls, saw a drug deal in the parking lot, cobwebs on the valance in our room and in the hallway at broke door. door hook hanging off the bathroom door. This LaQuinta is not the same as it used to be. I called LaQuinta customer service, it has changed management .... well not for the better! Couldnt get a refund and leave due to 3rd party booking.

Well I didn't get the room I was exposed to paid for and green pool and spa and didn't have extra towels that I ask for in my room and the microwave had black curly hair in it and hot all in the building no air conditioner going through out the building and no breakfasts and we went downstairs at 7:30 am and it wasn't no breakfasts and they said it would be that what the lady told me and my son which is 11 years old asked about breakfast it dont come with room but, it did and Wi-Fi didn't work and the TV keep on changing without no one charging it and wouldn't recommend no one stay their and I will stay again if I'm passing through their .

The property is looking very ignored , it smelled horrible as the ac were broken in hall wats and entrance, my room bathroom doors had no nob , fell off when I trued opening it. The phone in room did not work.

No pen and paper in room. refrigerator froze everything in it.

Had to switch rooms twice upon arrival, when we get into the 3rd room the lights went out briefly. Breakfast was not provided the entire weekend. Management was not available to talk to at checkout or since (have called daily). They also have not called back to discuss the issues we had with the property.

Paying a $100 deposit when I've been there several times

Everything. The room was filthy - dead bugs everywhere, dog toys left in room, entire floor was sticky, toilet stopped up, shower had soap scum and dead bugs in it, dead bugs around microwave, stains on comforter, dirt in the sheets, people smoking marijuana next door to us. Awful experience.
