Location, room size and very polite and pleasant staff personnel. Access to the beach and having am. coffee outside on their lawn was wonderful.

Totally unresponsive to requests. They will tell you they will serve you but never do. Automated place, ask for towels, they never come! Annoying kid climbing all over the pool fence and stomping bushes no one is supervising anything except the valets who do a very good job. Outdoor furniture is dirty. AI run business in hospitality doesn’t work guys!!!!

Perfect get away! Right on the beach. Chairs, umbrellas and towels were available and included in our stay. Wonderful free breakfast was a treat each morning. More variety and hot food breakfast on the weekend. Staff was responsive and friendly. Room was family suite style- beds were low but that was mentioned in other reviews. The beds were comfortable. It is private beach and is a bit secluded so best to plan on Uber or rent a car to get around. Highly recommend this place! We would come back again to Hillsboro Beach by Kasa.

Very clean and comfortable

Very accommodating with anything we needed. Dog friendly which was huge for us. In a great location 5 minutes from Deerfield beach. Had its own private beach with their chairs and umbrellas. They offered a continental breakfast everyday and hot breakfast on the weekends which was nice to have. Valet parking was a nice perk and the staff were so nice.

Unsanitary suite rented by unscrupulous people.There is no possibility of a refund once you arrive at this location.We've never seen a suite with such bad furnishings,it was also incredibly dirty.The other suite offered wasn't really better.Even the oudoor furnitures are disgusting.Think twice before making a reservation with Kasa,all you will get are empty words.

The location of this hotel is great! The private beach was wonderful especially with the chairs and umbrellas being provided!

Let them know a couple of days ahead of time that I had gotten a stomach bug and asked if it was possible to cancel. Said they understood then immediately denied the request. I proceeded to request cancellation documentation for travel insurance. They elected to ignore me, despite multiple requests, and now will not provide the documentation, claiming I was a no show. Awful, awful service.

Location to beach

The location is good right on a private beach. The atmosphere is nice right on the water. It was quiet and had beautiful sunrises. The room 323 was small but the value is reasonable. The $40 + tip a day for parking is excessive. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable but was basically a mattress on the floor. If you have a bad back or mobility issues I’d think twice. I asked about the beds and was told it a European style. The bathroom had a full length picture type window next to the toilet with only a see thru privacy screen blocking the view in/out side. The breakfast was mostly stale cereal and defrosted frozen pastries and bread. I have had better at holiday inn express. No bar no restaurant.

Hillsboro beach resort was PERFECT!
Right next to the water, super clean, breakfast was a nice touch, the staff is incredible and so friendly. There are complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of soaps and other necessary items, and the view was stunning. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed in early January and had a great experience. I’ve traveled quite a bit over the years, and I have to say — the location here really can’t be beat. Being just steps from the sand with direct access to the ocean made it one of the most relaxing trips I’ve had in a while. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. Sitting with my coffee while looking out over the ocean was the perfect way to start the day. The food was good, and the view made it even better.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked, everything felt fresh, and I had everything I needed. No complaints at all. The self-check-in process was smooth and simple, which I appreciated. And during the day, there were team members onsite who were happy to answer any questions. All in all, it was a great stay — quiet, easy, and scenic. I’ll definitely be back.

If you’re looking for cost effective beach front, this is it. Walk out to the private beach with complementary beach, chairs, and umbrellas.

Wow! What a great all around place Kasa is! We were thoroughly pleased with the place. I would highly suggest this resort for anyone interested in visiting Hillsboro Beach! My wife and I came down to Florida from Superior, WI for our honeymoon. This resort is the way to go for sure. The staff was amazing. The rooms are very nice and clean. The place smelled good and was very well maintained. The private beach access is a definite win! We will be back again next year for sure.

The property itself is sitting perfectly on the beach.
It’s a do it yourself hotel, no housekeeping, unless you pay for it. Also no bus boy to help with luggage to your room.
I was sad when I found out the restaurant is not operating so you must get in car to go places out to eat, or order in via uber eats.
Jeanine at the front desk made my stay much more enjoyable as she helped me so much during check in.

There was no breakfast,the bar and restaurant were closed.
