Great stay though needs a little more improvement for a perfect 10/10. 5/5 stars for staff.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Le Labo amenities.

Cons:

I could smell someone smoking on our floor, likely another guest in their room. Sound proofing needs improvement, I could hear footsteps from upstairs. Hot water ran out a bit during one afternoon.

Great location but lacks pizzazz. Would not stay again
Pros:

The location is sensational. In the heart of St Germain on the left bank. The staff were all super polite and friendly.

Cons:

It’s a very small hotel with no atmosphere. They don’t have a kitchen and rely on the cafe next door. It had no buzz. It didn’t feel like a five star hotel. The luxury feel was lacking.

Pros:

Friendly, professional staff. Excellent service. Super clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet. Brilliant location. Best Manhattan and Cosmopolitan in town! And delicious breakfast croissants. What more can be said?!
