The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
Where do I begin…
For an “airport hotel” you would assume easy access to the airport, what other reason does anyone stay at an airport hotel? We booked a night here because we had an early 7am flight in the morning from Milan, meaning we had to leave around 4-5am in the morning. Unfortunately the shuttle service does not run early enough for that. We asked them what other options they could provide. The walk to the airport, they said would be over an hour, not exactly something you want to do with luggage in the early hours of the morning, so we had to get a taxi, which cost us 30€ for a 5 minute drive. It would have been easier and cheaper to stay in the center of Milan and just get a bus to the airport in the morning, it would have saved us 20€.
This was not the only issue, the staff were not accommodating or professional in any regard, this is more likely a management issue to the extreme understaffing evident. In the restaurant there was only 1 server, taking the orders, running the food, making the drinks, clearing tables etc. The receptionist, in his suit and everything, had to come in and help due to the 30+ people in the restaurant. There was not a single table that was available to sit at because they were all dirty. On top of that, the food was the worst most flavourless thing I have ever consumed.
The TV only had Italian cable and the wifi barely worked.
It is safe to stay I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to the airport, overall an okay place to stay a night.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, but they sent the cleaning lady back to fix it. It smelled like sewage all afternoon, the towels are super old and had holes in them. The cleanliness definitely could be improved.

L’arredamento contemporaneo non deve precludere la pulizia, il bagno non era pulito, c’erano segni evidenti di usura e non cura su mobili e porte, il muro del bagno era sporco, le fughe della doccia con segni di muffa. La carta igienica inserita nel porta rotolo era già iniziata (quasi a metà rotolo). La sedia della camera aveva macchie sui tessuti, e anche l’interno è l’esterno della finestra erano veramente sporchi. Le stanze in più sono rumorose e per un hotel accanto all’aeroporto è un bel problema!
La cena è stata la parte peggiore, abbiamo ordinato un avocado con tartar di salmone, immangiabile! Per la prima volta nella mia vita non sono riuscita a mangiare più che una forchettata. Il salmone era proprio cattivo, dopo averlo detto alla cameriera e aver resistito il piatto praticamente intonso, comunque mi è stato fatto pagare.
Mio marito ha ordinato un hamburger vegetale con patate dolci al forno. Il piatto era composto da una hamburger vegetale di quelle del supermercato senza pane e null’altro e 5 fettine di patata. Insapore praticamente. Ripeto, è la prima volta in vita mia in cui mi lamento del cibo.
È un hotel per cui avrei accettato di pagare la metà di quello che abbiamo pagato per una notte!
Non lo consiglio e non torneremo più!
