Pros:

Staff were all helpful and friendly, room not cleaned first day, sink was broken with big cracks,,
Little open area off room very dirty,woken 2nights at 3.00 with guests slamming door, has a very rundown look

Awful awful awful hated every moment.
Pros:

It was absolutely awful. Bed very uncomfortable, room was tiny. It was very dirty. Very noisy. Bathroom so old fashioned. Kettle etc antique. Overall comments... Do Not stay in this hotel.

Pros:

What a lovely hotel. The building is older, and has it's quirks, but it's obvious works have been done to freshen it up. The staff were kind, and the room was clean and bright. We had a great stay, and the icing on the cake was an Irish breakfast in the morning.
The only thing we found was that the hotel wasn't positioned properly on Google maps, so we got a bit turned around on foot - however everyone in Ennis was friendly and gave us directions!
