L'emplacement, l'accueil, le lit confortable.
La douche est toute petite, le radiateur de la salle de bain est tout rouillé et l'eau de la douche ressort par le sol.
We loved everything about this hotel. Especially all the receptionists. Even though it was Paris, everyone in the hotel spoke English as well and never rude and very helpful. I especially have to mention the receptionist we had for almost 3 nights, "Diane". She is such a wonderful receptionist, so helpful, gentle and wonderful. Gave a gentle little nod when we went out and when we came back in. We loved her the most throughout our Europe trip. Hotel and room was very neat. Every amenities worked and was clean. No complains. They do not have elevator to Floor 5 so ask for room in any other floor if you have luggage. They have breakfast for 13 euros. Coffee is available for free from 11 am to midnight. After that, need to pay for it. We were either able to walk or take a short cab ride to most places.
The elevator is little small and jerky but acceptable for a hotel near to all amenities.

La poca pulizia della stanza, più volte ciuffi di capelli sul materasso e pavimento e tende non pulite. La colazione un po' scarsa (noi siamo vegetariani), la panetteria non l'abbiamo trovata di ottima qualità.
Die Lage war toll, gleich in der Nähe von Notre Dame, Ubahnstation auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Bett war gemütlich, Polster waren hoch genug. Es gab sogar Hausschlappen im Zimmer.
Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Ich hab mir schon schwer getan mich selbst zu waschen, aber alles machbar.
Clean rooms, a great location in the Latin Quarter, just an eight-minute walk from Notre-Dame. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always smiling. The breakfast was nice, with delicious pastries.
I missed having a minibar in the room.
Great access to transport and all the typical tourist spots.
The ice machine was broken and you can’t get any glasses for drinks. For the price I would expect a bit more.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast with hot and cold options, lift, aircon, comfortable beds & friendly helpful staff.
Not as clean as it should be. I found a dirty old sock covered in dust & hair in the corner of the room beside the curtain. The sheets were clean but the matress protector has alot of hair entwined all over it. The shower door doesnt close. A small fridge to keep things chilled would have helped.

La limpieza y el desayuno muy bien. También nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el hotel hasta que nos fuimos de París. El personal encantador. Nos facilitaron todo en todo momento
El ascensor solo llegaba hasta el quinto piso y nuestra habitación estaba en el sexto por lo que el último piso teníamos que subirlo por las escaleras.
Great location, close enough to the public transport systems.
The room was very small for two of us, almost no room for our bags given we were only staying two nights. Also a place to fill up water bottles with filtered cold water would be appreciated.
