Won’t be back.
Pros:

The location is not in the best neighborhood. Very noisy. The doors bang shut very loudly all day/night. There was construction outside all day as well. The bedding looked clean but had little hairs all over. The bathroom was outdated and not the best. We only stayed one night. Wifi was not great!

Sincèrement, je ne sais plus dans quelle langue je dois vous parler pour vous faire comprendre que 220 € ont bien été débités de mon compte.

Par conséquent, la facture dont vous disposez ne change absolument rien à la situation. Ce qui compte, c'est le montant qui m'a été effectivement débité : 220 €.

Je vous demande donc simplement de me rembourser les 100 € qui me sont dus. Je ne vous demande rien d'autre.

J'ai le sentiment que vous ne prenez pas en considération cet aspect essentiel de mon dossier, alors que toute cette situation résulte d'une mauvaise gestion de votre part, peu professionnelle, peu commerciale et peu respectueuse du client.

Je vous demande une dernière fois de procéder au remboursement des 100 € qui me reviennent. Merci.

LA POSIZIONE ERA OTTIMALE PER MUOVERSI E VEDERE FIN DA SUBITO MOLTO. LA DOCCIA E IL BAGNO ERA DI DIMENSIONI PERFETTE E PULITISSIMA . NON ABBIAMO USUFRUITO DELLA COLAZIONE PERCHE' ABBIAMO PREFERITO MANGIARE DURANTE LE PASSEGGIATE DI PRIMA MATTINA

It was comfortable and accessible during our short stay.
Pros:

The communication from staff was great, especially offering to assist with airport transfers. It was close to transport to access key attractions but also walking distance to others. Great choice of restaurants nearby and it was clean.

Cons:

No bar fridge.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca de la Catedral de Notredame, que es un punto clave para iniciar cualquier trayecto por la ciudad. Además bastante cerca a otros atractivos a pie, por ejemplo la Iglesia de San Sulpice. En resumen, perfecto para a partir de ahí definir un itinerario sólido por París, pues se encuentra cerca al Metro. El desayuno muy bueno y variado.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación, bastante justo para una pareja que viajaba con bastante equipaje. Sin embargo, con bastante tranquilidad es algo que se puede manejar.
