Predivno iskustvo! Hotel je jako uredan i ugodan, a osoblje iznimno ljubazno i susretljivo. Posebno nas je razveselilo što su nam omogućili raniji check-in, što je stvarno uljepšalo početak boravka. ❤️
Osjećali smo se vrlo dobrodošlo i sigurno bismo se rado opet vratili.

Zajos környék , parkolás szinte lehetetlen , nem fogadják el a mozgássérült kártyát csak a kijelölt helyen , amiből 1 km en 2darab van , ha nem ott parkolsz megbüntetnek . A szobában a klíma egész éjjel zúgott , a lift előtt hagyták a pórszívót , majdnem átestem rajta , .A reggeli változatos , de a darabólt sajtok között fekete ujjlenyomatosat sikerült a tányérba rakni .
Az ágy rugózata pocsék , és nyikorgott minden mozgásra . A meghirdetett SPA wellnes szolgáltatás nem volt.
Mikor szóvá tettem , hogy nem erre fizettem előre és azonnal elhagyom a szállodát , az igazgató telefonon a recepcióson keresztül űzent ,hogy vissza fizet 100 Eurót ha 10-es osztályzatot adok a szállásra , vagy törlik a foglalásomat és többet nem mehetek a Hotel Paris-ba és vissza fizetik a költségeimet . A Booking ügyfél szolgálet segítségével a költségek felét fizették csak vissza .

Όλα εξαιρετικά εκτός από τη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε χώρος για στάθευση. Ο υπάλληλος υποδοχής μας είπε να σταθεμεύσουμε στις μπλε γραμμές που είναι του δημαρχείου και ότι είναι δωρεάν. Την άλλη μέρα βρήκαμε πρόστιμο πάνω στον ανεμοθώρακα. Όταν αναφέραμε το γεγονός στον υπάλληλο της πρωινής βάρδιας, είχε απαίσια συμπεριφορά απέναντί μας.
