Pros:

Me gustó y me sorprendió el tamaño de la habitación, con balcón y vistas al Toledo histórico, Cuenta con un amplio aparcamiento publico, delante del hotel.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, ha sido que con lo grande que es el hotel, solo haya una cafetería y que hasta que acabe el desayuno buffet no abra hasta las 11 horas y tampoco me gustó, que se hable, medio discuta entre empleados (gerencia y mostrador) Los usuarios no queremos ni debemos de enterarnos nunca de las vicisitudes ni entresijos de los negocios. Son asuntos totalmente privados, tratables en puntos privados y con la discreción que merecen y que no aportan nada a terceros.

Las instalaciones de uso común están muy cuidadas. El desayuno buffet tenía variedad de todo. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien.

Se escucha todo de las habitaciones colindantes, hasta el habla. Para visitar el casco antiguo de Toledo no es la mejor opción por distancia.
