DESASTRE TOTAL Reserva pagada sin habitacion

Nada desastrosa esperiencia en un hotel que llevavamos llendo más de 20 años

Fatal esperoencia Teniendo la reserva confirmada y pagada cuando llegamos a recepción nos dicen que esta cancelada
Pedimos hablar con la dirección del hotel y nos pasaron
Con el encargado de recepción
Tras casi dos horas hablando de la reserva y dejándonos en la calle conseguimos que por lo menos de cuatro días de reserva pagada nos Dan dos días y la tenemos que volver a pagar porque las otras cuatro días ya nos lo devolverá booking
