Pros:

Muy buena opción para visitar Toledo y disfrutar del hotel

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y contar con balcón es un plus, especialmente en verano. El baño está perfectamente equipado y las instalaciones en general están muy cuidadas.

La piscina es grande y resulta perfecta para relajarse después de visitar Toledo. Además, el hotel dispone de hamacas y toallas para la piscina de forma gratuita, algo que valoramos mucho.

Todo el personal fue muy agradable y atento durante nuestra estancia.

Otro punto positivo es el aparcamiento, que es amplio y cómodo. La ubicación también nos resultó muy práctica para visitar Toledo, ya que está a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro.

En conjunto, un hotel muy recomendable, especialmente si buscas tranquilidad, buenas instalaciones y facilidad para aparcar mientras visitas Toledo.

Me gusta el tamaño de la habitación y que tuviera balcón

Cons:

No me gustó el hecho de que el secador de pelo no funcionará, tampoco me gustó que la ducha no tragará agua y se me dio inundara hasta la mitad de el cuarto de baño, sumado a una decoración. Qué más que clásica parece desactualizada

Lo único positivo: Felipe, el maître, muy amable y atento, intentando solucionar la situación que habíamos reservado el hotel pensión completa por el buffet y lo habían quitado el dia anterior por baja demanda, cosa que no estaba informado en booking. Todo lo contrario a los de recepción que se lavaban las manos.

Cons:

Decepcionante y caro para lo que ofrecen. Pagamos casi 200 € por una noche con pensión completa y buffet, y al llegar nos informan de que lo habían retirado el día anterior por baja demanda. Algo que no aparecía en Booking y que, evidentemente, no es culpa del cliente.
Al reclamar, entre Booking y el hotel se pasan la pelota y nadie soluciona nada, el hotel rechazó la reclamacion de Booking. Habitaciones muy antiguas del año la pers para un supuesto 4 estrellas y, para colmo, la carta que dos opciones que nos sirvieron en la comida, era lo mismo para cenar.... una pensión completa para estar comiendo y cenando lo mismo no lo veo justo.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L’ensemble était très bien. Lave linge et sèche linge très apprécié.

Cons:

Piscine trop petite. Chambre un peu petite pour un 4*. Place handicapé payante: dommage.
