Schönes, modernes Hotel in guter Lage !
Pros:

Tolle Lage und superfreundliches Personal. Das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Coffee Shop im Hotel ist wirklich toll, es werden Snacks, eine große Auswahl an Getränken als auch ein ausgezeichneter Kaffee angeboten.

Cons:

In der Bar (die wirklich super schön und groß ist) war es IMMER eiskalt. Es ist angenehm, bei einer hohen Außentemperatur in ein gekühltes Hotel zu kommen, aber diese Temperatur war wirklich viel zu kalt und im Hochsommer ohne Jacke oder Pullover nicht zu ertragen.

Moderne und sehr schöne Zimmer, toller Fitnessbereich. Gute Lage. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wenig Information - Chat via Nachrichten hat für uns mit einem europäischen Handy nicht funktioniert. Die Lobby und der Bar Bereich sind viel zu kalt herunter gekühlt - gefühlte 15 Grad Raumtemperatur.

Wonderful stay. Exceptional staff. Clean Comfortable beds & room. Restaurants in walking distance.
Pros:

Wonderful 2-night stay. Early check-in was a breeze. Location one street way to free streetcar stop, Power and Light district, and restaurants. Self-Parking good and attached to hotel. Lobby was good. All staff friendly and helpful with a smile. Great customer service. Ability to text staff. Responsive. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Great view in room on 7th floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. Long lines for breakfast bakery in the hotel. They did provide alternative options outside of the hotel which was helpful. No microwave in the room.
