Not sure this is the property but I went through a lot trying to rectify my reservations. And I think my stay could have been handled a little better. I was celebrating my 37th anniversary

What an experience - Super impressed
Pros:

First, I'd like to give a super warm compliment to Brice who assisted me at the front desk. Super kind and professional and handled check-in with speed. I'd also like to compliment Bre who served us at the bar 2 days in a row. Our waiter wasn't near by for a bit and she noticed, so she offered to take care of our drink orders. Super friendly and fun to chat with.

I stayed at the Loews for a conference and met with several clients throughout my stay.

The rooms - excellent. I have no negative comments.
Bathroom = extra clean
Bed = stellar comfort
Cleanliness = A+

I had everything I needed. Hair dryer, iron etc... They even refilled my water bottle supply every day (not enough hotels do this).

I had several drinks at the bar in the lobby, all excellent. Rooftop bar was great and the dinner we had at the restaurant was solid. My clients we're very happy with these experiences. The coffee shop/market was great too (coffee tasted great)

Finally, I was in a bit of a rush on my way out. I left 2 shirts hung up in the closet and forgot them in the room. I received a speedy email to let me know and they even offered to ship it to me at their expense.

This has truly been an incredible experience and I want to thank the whole staff/management for making my stay incredible. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the cost was very much justified for the luxury.
