Outstanding 4 star hotel
Pros:

Clean upscale hotel with nice restaurant and breakfast place in the facilities! Stayed here many times!

Cons:

Parking spaces are small and the extra $33 to use the garage is expensive. Should be included in room price and be free. There is no street parking close.

I live in KC. Loved our stay overnight at the Loews because we were attending an event Sat. night.
Pros:

I did not have breakfast; however, lunch and the service were very good.

Cons:

I wish the hotel had a car or shuttle to provide guests transportation within a mile or two. My husband and I attended an event at the Kauffman on Saturday night. The walk up the hill from the hotel (in heels) to get to the performance was treacherous, especially in formal wear. Finding the business center was a bit frustrating. It wasn't clearly marked and I anticipated guests would have 24 hrs. access. When I finally found the UPS store, it was closed. I needed to print documents and had to wait for them to open only to discover that I would the have to email the document and wait to have them print them.

Wonderful stay and excellent service. Overall it will always be my first pick for a hotel in KC.
Pros:

I just love the hotel overall. I have stay one other time and I love it so I decided to stay longer than the first. We will be staying again in the future. Excellent service, courteous staff, just wonderful.

Beautiful property, clean, helpful staff. Restaurant food quality was amazing, and the ambience was perfect!
I especially appreciated that they accommodated a family member who was coming to visit, and put them in an adjoining room, which was very convenient.
Having the coffee and tea set up in the room was also much appreciated, as I enjoy my coffee and or tea first thing in the morning;)
One big park, was the Direct texting availability with the staff.
Not having to call down to the front desk on an old Timey phone was nice. The texting feature is so much more efficient!

Cons:

The room service was basically like having a DoorDash delivery from the restaurant.
Plastic cutlery and what not.
I typically like a more elevated room service experience.
Also, the pillows in the room were absolutely terrible-flat and uncomfortable. The room was also incredibly dry.
This made it very difficult to sleep.

It was a great hotel, over priced in my opinion. Booking.com saved us $100
Pros:

The hotel is a vibe and feels great when you walk through the door. Loved the bar area and our room was nice.

Cons:

Parking, valet was not available for paying/registered guests which is frustrating. We had to pay to park a block away and the front desk wasn't very friendly.
