This is the second time I stayed there and I've been absolutely stay there again.
Pros:

The location is wonderful. The rooftop restaurant is wonderful and has a terrific view of the Eiffel Tower lit at night. The staff is great.

Cons:

Last time I was there I had a much larger room. I should have booked the same room. Standard room is way too small.

Birthday Celebration visit
Pros:

Myself and my sister had booked the Privilege Room – Eiffel View & Balcony for my mums 70th Birthday celebration and it was more than amazing, the room was immaculate, and all the amenities you could need. The Hotel is just beautifully decorated and the rooftop bar was the icing on the cake. It is in the perfect location with the shops, cafes, restaurants and the Sacre Coeur within a short walk. We cannot recommend the hotel enough with special thanks to Camille and Marie-Caroline who went that extra mile to make our stay so special, highly recommended. Thankyou!

Best Staff & Location
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful and friendly.
Location is really good and the hotel has a wonderful Paris boutique vibe.
Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are diligent about cleanlines, towels and supplies.
Also, 7th Floor dining room has panoramic view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.
Highly Recimmended

Lovely hotel, great location and breakfast.
Pros:

Location, roof top bar/ terrace were excellent.The room was well organised and felt spacious for its size. Views of the tower at breakfast and from the room. Nice welcome treats and a fantastic much as you can eat breakfast - sausages bacon eggs plus eggs cooked to order smoked salmon and loads more. The only let down was, despite assurances at checkin about concerns of building work next door to our room and being told this wouldn’t start until 10 am we were woken at 8.15 am by building noise on two mornings. Also we were next door to a laundry room as long sustained noise from early one morning was irritating. Sounded like a tumble dryer, also comings and goings started quite early.Given this the rates for this room should be lower than equivalent rooms not subjected to this disturbance.

Best hotel ever!!!!
Pros:

This is the best hotel we have ever been to. Fantastic view. Fantastic room. Marie Caroline, Jeanne and all the staff gave us the best excellent service and was so kind. We from now on always going to book this hotel when we are in Paris.

Lovely Montmartre hotel
Pros:

A lovely hotel on the outskirts of Montmartre. Exceptionally helpful and efficient staff. Classic double room with excellent bed and good lighting. Compact but good shower and WC,with plenty of room for toiletries. No noise from within or from the road. In late afternoon complimentary glass of wine and canapes on top floor bar,with lovely viws. Our 4 yar old granddaughter visiting us in the hotel was provided with puzzles,sticker book and crayons!

A Memorable Visit
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Terrass Hotel. The hotel is located in an ideal neighborhood for some of the finest restaurants and cafes. It is also near to the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre. The staff at the Terrass Hotel is warm and welcoming. During our stay there were 2 individuals that stood out. The first was the concierge David. He assisted us with bringing our luggage into the hotel from the taxi. A huge help. He actually came up to our room to answer any questions we had about our room. An excellent employee. The second individual that went above and beyond was Marie Caroline at the front desk. She is so pleasant and welcoming. Marie answered all of our many questions and also helped us with our restaurant reservations. Both David and Marie made our stay at Terrass a memorable one.
