Pros:

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé dans l'ensemble. Nous avons été d'ailleurs surclassés de catégorie de chambre.Le personnel, le service, la restauration et l'emplacement, étaient très bien. Le bar et le pdj étaient excellents.Une literie incroyable! Un service très haut de gamme sans faute!

Cons:

Une 1ère nuit un peu bruyante à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ( passage de camions poubelles 2 OU 3 fois dans la nuit), mais plus calme par la suite.
Malheureusement il y a eu un incident important lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel qui a nécessité la fermeture de la piscine et la salle de sport dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter. L'accès à l'hôtel par la rue était aussi fermé, mais le service voiturier s'est chargé de nous aider avec les bagages et le stationnement.

Just amazing !
Pros:

We loved every second. Very clean. Professional Staffs ! The breakfast so good ! Room size amazing ! Spa also I used and highly recommend it !

Cons:

Would be nice if there was some entertainment for evening at bar or restaurant.

This hotel is expensive, but it is definitely not overpriced perfect in every detail location is so good.

Accommodation perfect…. Immaculate.
Food exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast wonderful …best pastries in Milan
Staff… every member of staff so gracious and friendly.
General hotel …just great.
Parking..and porterage… fantastic.

Truly 5 star such a WELL MANAGED hotel
