L’architecture d’intérieur est très luxueuse, tout est parfaitement réalisé avec de très beaux matériaux et une décoration soignée jusque dans les petits détails. Les vues sur la grande cour intérieure joliment paysagée est enchanteresse (la cour doit l’être également, mais il pleuvait lors de mon séjour). Les salles-de-bain sont magnifiques et les chambres proposent une décoration soignée et des équipements pour se sentir comme chez soi : une enceinte BO, chromecast… C’est vraiment le grand luxe. Son emplacement est parfait si l’on veut faire du shopping dans le quartier des enseignes de luxe. Le spa est vraiment très beau, très luxueux et l’esthéticienne qui s’est occupée de moi avait des mains en or ainsi qu’une extrême gentillesse.
Le bar, peu accueillant, qui est en fait dans le lobby de l’hôtel et qui n’est pas un espace fermé, indépendant de l’entrée. Il fait un peu « zone de passage ». Le jour de mon arrivée, m’attendait dans la chambre une petite corbeille de fruits qui n’a pas été renouvelée une seule fois, alors que j’ai passé trois nuits sur place. À 1.500 euros la chambre, ça fait un peu chiche!
I’d like to address our visit to the restaurant. My grandfather who is 88 years old wanted to have a fancy dinner at the four seasons hotel, initially all staff on the bar side of the restaurant were extremely accommodating and catered to our wants/needs. After we had our before dinner cocktails we went to the restaurant for dinner. My grandfather ordered a ribeye steak, when the steak was severed it was so tough he couldn’t chew/or cut the steak. So he talked to our waiter and he suggested a filet. After the filet came he had one bite of his steak and pushed it to the side. Our waiter walked pasted our table several times without asking how his steak was, he was dissatisfied with the cut of meat also being tough. 30 mins went by and still the waiter did not check in with our table. We had to ask another sever to find him. Still took ages for him to turn up, finally i had enough and went up to him and said we were done. We wanted to pay and leave. He refused to take the steak off the bill which had one bite out of, with loads of attitude and a disrespectful manor. “Pay for the whole bill or just don’t pay at all, it’s not my problem” The manager did take them both off our bill but our dinner/night was ruined by our server. Now we understand not to order streaks in Italy but the way this was handled was unacceptable, this server is not acting in the interest of the four seasons hotel/ business. We won’t be coming back.
An outstanding property. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Excellent service and attention to detail. Nice range of breakfast options. Convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
Now you ask, the room service on two occasions was really really slow, when you spend this sort of money it needs to be perfect. To give you an example we ordered some ice early evening and the third time I called , almost an hour later I just said, get an ice bucket ready at the bar and ill just come and get it myself !! Rubbish
Service from check in to check out was superb. Housekeeping also very good as well as quality of rooms, mainly thanks to signature FS bed.
A beautifully positioned historical building whose history we respect and loved witnessing it during our stay. Happy the rooms were renovated and I wish also the fitness room would be renovated soon.
The spa service was incredible.
What we lacked was a f&b options and we are sorry to eat pasta or pizza that we d expect everywhere but in Italy to be this average.
Hopefully breakfast will be improved as at the moment a lot to wish for.
We d be back due to the brand and service but would eat always outside of the hotel.
