Pros:

Best hotel in Strasbourg. All of the employee were kind and welcoming nicely. Thank you for that. Hotel's location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere.

Cons:

The breakfast was okey but they said when the hotel is not crowded the breakfast is limited and not the same as the season time. But everything was fresh and delicious.

Motivation des Personals, besonders während des Frühstücks! Das Personal der Conciergie war super nett und motiviert. Frühstück war Katastrophe für 5 Sterne, keine Teller oder Schüssel, Buffet halb leer, essen auf dem Boden das nicht weg gemacht wurde

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber

Cons:

Motivation des Personals (ausgenommen Conciergerie, die waren super!), Frühstück war keine 5 Sterne wert, Buffet war zur hälfte leer, keine Teller oder Schüssel, die Frau die im Frühstücksraum bedient hat war total lustlos und unmotiviert

De locatie en de spa. Het was wel zo dat er nog andere mensen in de spa waren toen wij kwamen en daar best nog een tijdje bleven. We eten niet zeker of het de bedoeling was dat we de spa voor ons zelf hadden maar we moesten wel een specifieke tijd boeken.

Cons:

Het 3e bed was een slaapbank. Het maakte geluid bij het draaien in het bed. We vonden het niet zo’n goede oplossing voor de 3e persoon

L emplacement en plein centre parfait voiturier le parking au top

Cons:

Les distributeurs dans la salle de bains étaient vides le savon et le lait pour le corps un peu dommage pour un tel établissement

Très bon hôtel/Spa
Pros:

Le personnel était très sympathique et réactif. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un plus dans le quartier de la petite france qui est magnifique.
La prestation de l'hôtel est globalement excellente

Cons:

La chasse d'eau évacuait systématiquement mal même une simple feuille de papier toilette, il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois et longuement pour qu'elle fonctionne correctement.
Chambre avec fenêtre sur la rue: l'isolation phonique sur la rue n'est pas bonne, pas très gênant car peu fréquentée la nuit, sauf si vous souhaitez vous coucher très tôt

Pros:

Мы приехали в отель поздно ночью, очень уставшие, заселили очень быстро. Номер красивый, уютный, большой, кровать очень удобная, боковой вид на канал. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные, очень нежный и воздушный омлет, это что-то. Есть своя парковка как на улице, так и крытая.

Cons:

Не то что не понравилось, мы когда ночью приехали в город и ориентировались по тем названиям и меткам, что нам прислал отель, мы пол часа не могли понять, где же эта кнопка и где эти ворота и как вообще проехать. Всё оказалось намного проще, всё прямо перед въездом на мост, где барьеры! Но видно из-за усталости было тяжело это понять!
