Posizione centralissima e affascinante, struttura nel complesso ben ristrutturata e con ottimi servizi. Personale gentile e disponibile, hanno esaudito le nostre richieste, come ad esempio darci del latte la sera per nostro figlio.
Il ristorante era momentaneamente chiuso e il bar, in pieno agosto, chiudeva alle 23. Orari alsaziani, per carità, che però dovrebbero considerare che la clientela è internazionale e ha abitudini diverse e che l'hotel deve garantire un servizio 5 stelle. Non metto 10 su 10 anche per alcune migliorie necessarie nelle stanze che, soprattutto nei bagni, risultano un pò datate.
