Magnifico soggiorno da consigliare a chiunque ami le cose belle e servizio eccellente
Pros:

L’Hôtel è incredibile, bellissimo, posizione unica nel punto più bello di tutta Strasburgo.
Accoglienza impeccabile, il servizio di car valet velocissimo e estremamente cortese.
La camera molto bella e eccezionalmente curata; pulizia semplicemente perfetta.
Il nostro cane Pongo accolto come mai prima d’ora ed in camera abbiamo trovato alcuni piccoli comfort per lui organizzati dallo staff.

Cons:

Unico difetto: siamo rimasti solo un giorno perché facciamo un viaggio itinerante in Europa e avevano previsto una sola notte a Strasburgo. Ci sarà una prossima volta e torneremo sicuramente al Regent.

Gut lokalisiert, Service geht besser.
Pros:

Perfekt um Straßburg zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch für 4 Personen geeignet. Es war sehr heiß, daher haben wir die Aircon sehr genossen.

Cons:

Das Internet war schlecht und immer wieder abgebrochen. Der Balkon war voll mit Tauben Mist, konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden.

Um hotel bem localizado e charmoso.
Pros:

O hotel é bem central, perto de vários pontos de interesse mas sem muito fluxo de pessoas. O quarto era amplo, ensolarado, e com ar refrigerado. Tinha vista para um canal e a visão era muito bonita. O restaurante externo é muito agradável e a comida muito gostosa. Embora carros não possam circular naquela região, tem um estacionamento em frente do próprio hotel onde os hospedes podem deixar os veículos.

Cons:

Estávamos viajando com nosso filho adulto, então escolhemos um apartamento com dois quartos. O problema é que o vaso sanitário ficava no quarto do meu filho e o chuveiro e pia, no quarto do casal, ambos espaços sem chave. Isso causou um certo constrangimento. Outro problema do hotel, é um constante e inexplicável cheiro de esgoto na recepção e no espaço de convivência. Inexplicável porque nem nas ruas ou nos canais, tem aquele cheiro. Lastimável.

Hotel an TOP-Lage - jedoch nur mit einem maximal 4-Sterne-Service
Pros:

Das Hotel wird seinen ***** lediglich durch die TOP Lage und grossen, schön ausgestatteten Zimmern (mit Ausnahme von kleinen reparaturbedürftigen Abnutzungen und harter Frottéewäsche mit Grauschleier...) und dem Frühstücksangebot gerecht.

Cons:

Mit Ausnahme des Concièrge-Dienstes (super!) wirken die Mitarbeitenden (speziell Réception und Service) etwas unwissend und unprofessionell, was schnell in Arroganz sowie eine etwas überhebliche Art dem Gast gegenüber umschlägt. Kurzum das Hotel wirkt etwas führungslos und wird daher einem 5-Sterne-Haus, wie wir es gewohnt sind, nicht gerecht.

Romatisches Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigungen.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist supper. Die eher komplizierte Zufahrt mit dem Auto wurde gut erklärt.

Cons:

Parking für einen Tag kostet EUR 40. Das ist recht teuer, aber es gibt keine vernünftigen Alternativen.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Frühstück, entspannender Spa und ein herzliches Team – rundum gelungen!
Pros:

Die Lage war absolut super – mitten in der malerischen Altstadt von Straßburg, perfekt zum Erkunden zu Fuß. Auch das Frühstück und der Spa-Bereich haben uns sehr überzeugt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht hat.
