Exceptional location with a professional staff and a good breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location. Louise was exceptionally kind to our young daughter. Very professional staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Staff at times felt stuffy, although this is a bit what you expect out of such a hotel.

Stilvolles Hotel mitten im Leben
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles andere entspricht der Vorstellung eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten die 204, direkt zum Fluss. Kann Abends länger laut sein, aber dafür gibt es ja Schlaf Ohrstöpsel. Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gut, Toilette ist seperat. Kritikpunkte: im Klo gibt es kein Waschbecken und die Regendusche hatte sehr wenig Druck. Die Dusche in der Badewanne muss man können, die Duschwand ist etwas kurz, so das der Boden immer etwas Nass ist.
Der Zimmerservice ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hatten wir gleich mit gebucht und das war seinem Preis entsprechend sehr reichhaltig und gut bestückt. Die pochierten Eier sehr lecker, aussen fest und innen weich.
Beim nächsten Straßburg Besuch die erste Wahl.
