Good hotel let down by a very hard bed

Was disappointed with the room. In general it is tired and rundown. It needs to be refreshed. The furniture in the room

Pros:

We had a really great stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great and we slept really well. We also liked the little touches like the nice toiletries and the view from the room. It was a perfect place to relax after a busy day.

The breakfast was also very good with plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. The whole hotel had a nice, relaxed atmosphere which made the stay even more enjoyable.

What stood out most was how helpful the staff were. They were always happy to help and made us feel well looked after. Catherine in Molly's was exceptional but all were fabulous.

Perfect location for enjoying the weekend of Rugby in Malone's and could step back to hotel when needed. 

Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d happily stay here again, we will be back for next St. Patrick's weekend.
