Couldn't turn the temperature in the shower up ( maybe provide instructions in room) please provide more tea/coffee/milk etc.

Very good except for the cold room

Cons:

Room very cold.This is the 3rd time ive stayed here and everytime the room has been cold .I had to ask for a heater on this occasion as was very cold..

Cons:

Unfortunately it does not advise the apartment is not located within hotel itself.
Lighting in bedroom was awful which we highlighted so this could perhaps be improved.
Trying to get ready to go out in practical darkness was not the best 😪
Be careful in shower/bath as not 'non slip' and.no mat to put in

Front of house staff were nice, just a shame about the cleanliness of the room!
Pros:

Good location, apartment nice enough.

Cons:

Shower couldn’t decide if it was hot or cold. There was used contact lenses on the bedroom floor. Quite a lot of noise from the street outside.
