Interesting older hotel at excellent price point with easy access to bars and pubs without having to go outside.

TV was to far and too small. Property could use some modernization.

Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay again

Great location . Room was good value . Staff were very pleasant . Hotel is only a couple minutes walk from bus and train stations

Cons:

Rooms need updating . Breakfast could be improved. Fried eggs were solid , coffee tasted like instant coffee and was lukewarm warm.

Handy Location
Pros:

Buffet so plenty of choice, service for tea/coffee was quick. All staff we spoke to were very friendly. Location perfect if on a shopping trip.

Pros:

前台工作人员非常好，我离店后发现钱包忘在了房间里，回去说明后前台工作人员热心帮忙很快拿回了钱包。酒店给我们升级了大房间，床很舒服，卫生间很大，热水充足。电视节目很丰富。酒店早餐很丰盛，很有当地特色。服务人员都很友好。

Cons:

房间温度有点低，因为是老房子，很高，感觉有点冷。卫生间换气扇的声音有点大，夜晚有点影响睡觉，也许是我没找到关闭开关。

Older hotel that needs a little tlc but great location with friendly service
Pros:

Great location near the ferry terminal. Very friendly reception who even let us check in early

Cons:

The floor felt tilted in the room, which was weird after a night on the boat. The walls were v thin so you could hear ppl next door talk and snore. Quite old with lumpy pillows.

Traditional hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Very good value.
Pros:

Well appointed traditional style hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean facilities. Good breakfast buffet with attentive service. Linked with a pleasant bistro. Comfortable room with all facilities, good quality mattress on the bed, desk and chair in room.

Cons:

As with many older hotels, noise travelled between rooms (especially the plumbing!) and, being in the city centre, there was some noise outside at night, although neither caused me serious disturbance. Likewise, disabled access is only partial - my room was down three steps from the lift. Some rooms are flat accessible, so make sure you specify at booking if necessary. Vegetarian options were in short supply, although veg sausages (not advertised) were supplied at breakfast on request. This seems to be common in Aberdeen generally and no doubt reflects local preference and tradition.

Buona colazione. Eravamo in una struttura adiacente all'hotel in camera confortevole, silenziosa con 2 letti (come richiesto) e cucinetta. Staff cortese. Possibilità di deposito bagagli. Centralissimo e comodo per tutto. Finalmente ad un prezzo adeguato!
