There was a strong smell of cigarette and weed everywhere outside our room

The bed was comfortable
Everything else was awful, asked for more pillows was told to come back did not have anymore wouldn't even have housekeeping bring them up. The breakfast was awful no choices of anything
Hotel had a fire. No direction by staff where to go. Left on sidewalk for hours. Put back in smoke smelly room, then interrupted by banging on door at 530a. Hotel front desk workers clueless. Checked out early due to this event. Hotel gave hard time about time. Tried to contact management regarding situation several times with no response. Do not stay here!!
Nice staff
The bed were not made and thus we had to change rooms
It’s usually nice and comfortable. But this stay was different!
I rented a spa room! The tub wasn’t cleaned. There was a film where the tub was previously filled and the rest of the tub was slippery/slimy. The water smelled bad which I was then turned off completely to use the tub. There were ants in the room that we kept finding randomly, Including the bed. The elevators are down but they’ve been down for some time now!!!

Convenient location, but there are other hotels around that are much better for the same price or cheaper.
My reservation was canceled without them notifying me. When I arrived I had to rebook for a higher rate than I originally reserved for.
