Nothing
Everything
the only problem that I've ever had is smoke from the doorway leading into where it goes to my room if there was a designated smoking area away from the building that would be ideal other than that I've always had a decent time when I've visited this hotel the rates are reasonable considering other hotels are over $100 on the weekend you can get a discount or he will match your pice from another Hotel..
smoking outside of the doorway leading to the hallway to your room needs to be away from the building maybe an area for smoking designated...🫣🥺
The front desk lady was pleasant.
Mold in the bathroom of 1 of the rooms (room 205) broken shower bar and no running water in another bathroom (room 211) We had no cleaning done in our rooms the entire stay, didnt empty our garbage cans, give us toilet paper, or fresh towels. Also did not pick up our used towels. Notice in room said we are expected to use our towels for 3 days before we get new ones unless we requested them. When we requested towels it took 11 hours to get them and then they sent us up and down multiple floors to try to find someone to get us some. We had 4 rooms that we paid for but actually only used 2 of them because of the horrid conditions. This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. It should actually be shut down. They were obviously covering up the smell of mold with cleaners because they were strong. The hallways had mold and water damage on the ceiling and pieces of the ceiling were falling off and there were multiple small holes in it.
Location was great. Didn't eat the breakfast so can't judge.
The soda in the vending machine was expired and tasted bad. Diet coke and regular pepsi.
They didn't put out enough breakfast for all the people, it was in a basement and it was terrible, nothing in my opinion was good
The worst hotel i have ever stayed at, this place was so cheap they have a sign that says, to save costs on water energy and detergent we will only change your sheets and new towels every 3 days. Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls and no hot water we had to keep complaining about. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone to stay at.
Unacceptable , smelling bad, horrible food for breakfast.
Service ZERO!!!!!
Outdated grungy I think their were people living long term there
A sink in the bathroom not next to the bed.
Dirty, rooms smelled awful !! Very run down hotel
Nothing except the location was good. Breakfast was really bad and took some work to find hidden in the basement. Elevators didn't work and I don't think it had in a long time. Hot tub was boarded over. And after 2 full days I finely got them to put a working tv in my room.
I had to run up and down the stairs to the desk repeatedly because the phone wouldn't call the desk. I ask 3 times before they finally looked at my tv, then they decided they would switch it out the next day.
We didn’t like anything. Getting to the room where breakfast was located required walking down long dark hallways with minimal light- very creepy.
The “hotel” is in tremendous disrepair and atmosphere was deplorable. Glass panel doors at entrance in dire need of window cleaning— how can a manager miss this!?That’s a guest’s first impression, not to mention the grounds littered w cigarette butts and random trash everywhere. Hallways were dimly lit, old wood doors were badly split with chipped paint. Rooms and hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke and musty odors. Smoke detector in room was removed! Tiles in bathroom cracked, toilet barely flushed. Floors in room were sticky and dirty. Bed linens thin with old shrunken pillows. This place is a dump and we couldn’t wait to leave! A more apt name would be The Bates Motel.
The staff was friendly and helpful
It smelled of bad cleaning products. The room was very damp. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.
Fly in room, not much breakfast. Coffee empty. Hot water empty. No eggs. No waffles
