Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf persönliche Wünsche wurde eingegangen und wir wurden immer aufmerksam und herzlich bedient. Dabei war das Personal aber niemals aufdringlich oder wollte uns "etwas verkaufen". Auch der Service und das Angebot in der Lounge waren erste Klasse.
Bei der Buchung haben wir ein "Zimmer mit Gartenblick" genommen, in der Annahme, es geht nach hinten, in den Hof, und nicht nach vorne, auf die Straße, raus. Tatsächlich sind hier "Zimmer mit Gartenblick" nach vorne zur Straße und dem Park hin gerichtet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern geht das, wir haben dann aber um ein Zimmer nach Hinten raus gebeten - und es auch bekommen.
We stayed two nights in this Hyatt Regency property using the free night voucher. We chose this Hyatt hotel for our London break because of its prime ocation and ambience. Both myself and my partner were super impressed with the staff running the hotel, from the reception staff (a lady originally from Ukraine), and Teni, the manager of the guest lounge to the Montagu and Churchill Bar staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and good at engaging guests in small chats, which added a personal touch to the stay.
The room is of a reasonable size, well-appointed and feels very homely. As a globalist, we were upgraded to a higher floor arden view room, overlooking Portman Square, a privately-owned square. The more open vista gave the room more natural daylight during our time there. Everything in the room worked fine, which was important for a hassle-free stay. we were pleasantly surprised to find a bidet type toilet.:-). There were, however hree areas where we think the hotel management can address in the near and distant future to enhance guest experience: (1) The shower area is very slippery when.soapy; (2) The duvet cover had a few small patches of stain; and (3) The bathroom size is too compact for a hotel of this class.
Another highlight of our stay was the food and beverages. We had breakfast both mornings, used the lounge in the hors d'oruvres hours and ate in the bar and restaurant. The breakfast was very well-prepared with quality ingredients and the spread was impressive. The lounge snacks were also of a superior quality. The more exclusive atmosphere made for a highly relaxing experience. For our dinner, we tried both the bar and the restaurant to sample the atmosphere of the two venues. The Churchill Bar was lively, without being noisy. We ordered mushroom dumplings and beef tagliata and both were cooked perfectly with the right amount of flavour.
I wish to thank the staff for the efforts they make to make guests feel that their stay is valued.

Bed Mattress is not healthy.. not comfortable.. no activities for the kids.. just one restaurant in the hotel..
Great value in nice neighborhood. Staff well trained and professional. Rooms well maintained, clean . Housekeeping was terrific. Bellmen assisted with cabs, never had a long wait .

Two times different staff one was Italian guy the other Indian I guess both were rude. Even though both knows I reach the hotel after a long long day.
