Fantastic hotel in great location
Pros:

Regular hotel for me in London. Excellent stay and service. Great location. A/C kept up with the 100 deg F heat! Close to tube, shopping and dining.

Great and best option for location and toursit
Pros:

It has a great location to all main attractions for visitors, just in Osford street and hyde park
It has nice lobby and the service and hospatity for me is great.

Cons:

Nothing, but the size of bathroom is small but its common

Beautiful hotel in London
Pros:

The hotel is great. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The lobby atmosphere is great and you feel a part of Churchill history. However, my reservation was changed inexplicably and I never got a reason. They fixed the issue eventually but it cost us time and it added stress and frustration to the family.
