Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Location was ok.

I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The check went smooth.

Cons:

The foot of the bed was broken which caused the bed to be slanted. I spoke the person of the front desk. I advised the bed was broken but it did not get fixed. Therefore, I slept on a slanted bed.

The hotel needs some major updates.
Pros:

The breakfast at the restaurant was very good but I wish it had of been included with the cost of the room.

Cons:

There were no outlets by the mirror outside the bathroom so we couldn’t get ready more than one at a time and the bathroom was too small for more than one person at a time. The outlet that was in the washroom wasn’t tight so the curling iron and flat iron kept falling out and wouldn’t get hot. The fridge made a popping noise that woke us in the night and there was air in the water pipes so when guests used the shower at 6 in the morning it made a very loud noise in the pipes and woke us up. My mother also said her bed was on a slant which made her feel like she was going to roll out the whole time she was trying to sleep. Overall we were unimpressed with our stay.

I have stayed a few times and it seems to be declining in quality each time
Pros:

It was convenient and the restaurant (the piper) is extremely good. The service was a little slow this time.

Cons:

The girl at the front desk was quite confrontational, did not like that at all. When I said to her are you calling me a liar she just smiled and said I've been working here a year I know what I'm talking about.
