Clean but dated
Pros:

It was mostly clean. The customer service was great.

Cons:

It was dated, and corners could’ve been cleaned a little bit better in the bathroom and bedroom. There was debris that had fallen beside the sink cabinet that had not been cleaned. The price was a bit seek for a two night stay. Just under $600. That’s a bit much for a hotel like this.

Don’t ever book

I detested every aspect of this hotel. It had an overpowering moldy odor and was extremely unsanitary.

Cons:

The staff and individuals engaging in inappropriate behavior within the hotel were highly unsatisfactory. The situation was particularly challenging, necessitating a reimbursement for the incident.

Not staying here again.
Pros:

Adrian at the front desk was absolutely the worst. When I checked in he was brash and didn't care that I was Diamond Elite Member and if he didn't give me the worst room it sure seemed like it, right next to very noisy highway. You'll get an extra charge for safe and the hotel is dated...but the pool/pool area are great. I won't stay ever again.

A dump, poor value

Nothing.

Cons:

I didn't like anything.This place was a dump. They gussied up the lobby a little bit, but once you hit the elevator it sadly went down hill.
Elevators are very old and dirty. The hallway carpets are extremely dated, dank and appear dirty. Hallway lighting was very dim and depressing.
Rooms were not attractive. Bathroom was ugly and didn't seem clean. Door wouldn't shut and had paint chipping off of it. Furnishings were a mish mash and seemed to be cobbled together. Very ugly.
Bed was uncomfortable. My queen bed seemed like it had 2 twin mattresses pushed together. Room was right next to 95 so it was very noisy.
The door peephole had a bandaid over it. This room felt like crimes had taken place there.
This hotel was a terrible value at 233/night. I felt completely ripped off. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

No encuentro algo positivo en general.

Cons:

Es un hotel viejo, que está limpio pero las instalaciones no están acordes a lo que buscaba. Había un olor muy fuerte como a humedad que lo trataban de tapar con un perfume que dejaba feo aroma. Las habitaciones había q pedir para hacerlas y eso tampoco te aseguraba que las hicieran. Desayuno básico. Por el valor del hotel y como lo publican esperaba otra cosa
