Friendly staff
I spent one night due to a business trip. The room had was nice, quiet and comfortable. Two big things made my stay a challenge, The internet was out. The tap water was cloudy. I bought some bottled water to drink and brush my teeth with. When itold tge front desk about tge cloudy water. They were nice and gave a free beverage and snack from their store.
Someone came in the middle of the night 1130 pm claiming we’re in their room and got a call from the front desk, they placed us in the wrong room.
Hotel is a little outdated. Room was clean, sink didn’t drain. Bed was comfy and hot tub was in working order. Overall, it was a nice place.
The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but a bit musty smelling.
They had a pretty good breakfast I wanted a meat option other than Pork other than that it was good the hotel was quite nice better than what I expected staff was nice and pleasant and the hot tub was great and in good working conditions 😊
Price reasonable. Room was very small. No outlets where needed. Had to put ironing board in bathroom - only area where I could reach an outlet. No bath towel racks. Coffee was terrible.
Desk personnel were pleasant & helpful. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was hot & tasty!

Elevator and hallway had bad smell to them. Room had a very narrow hall into sleeping area. Room was very hot and smelled bad also. Could barely squeeze shampoo out of bottle in the shower. No ice machine on our floor(3rd) Breakfast was only positive, as it had many good choices
Room needs maintenance. Shower curtain ragged, old unused cables lying on floor, patio doors frame grimy.
Room was clean and very nice but the humidity in the room was very high, sheets and bedding felt damp.
The staff is top notch and very helpful.

Staff were very kind and friendly.
Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about surrounding area, and provided a coupon for a nearby nice restaurant. Room was larger than expected and very clean. We were pleased!
I can't say it was a bad stay overnight, bed was comfy, everything was clean and neat. Not a fan of the small pillows, but that's a minor detail. Hubby heard the lobby door close a lot overnight, even though we were on the second floor. We were really hoping for an early check in to unload our stuff then change clothes for the wedding we were attending nearby. But the young lady at the desk was very apologetic about it and explained why,we understood and so we changed our clothes in the rest rooms near the lobby. When I asked the desk attendant if she had a safety pin, she was so kind to offer a sewing kit to me, which did include safety pins. Our breakfast next morning was better than adequate, lots of choices, we were happy. Overall we will visit again, this was our 2nd stay in Rochelle. Plus having the liquor store across the street was a plus! Thank you!
