Pros:

Es ist einfach ein Genuss in eine Hauptstadt fahren zu können, dort zu nächtigen und das Auto absolut sicher zu wissen! Alles was für uns sehenswert war konnten wir fußläufig erreichen.
Immer spät Nachmittags gingen die derzeit täglichen Demos los, gegen die ausbeuterische Zerstörung eines der letzten intakten Naturwundern durch Trump und seine bestochenen Knechte,es war uns eine Freude die Albaner im Wiederstand zu unterstützen!!!
Das total hilfsbereite Personal, machte sogar eine Wellness Massage noch am gleichen Nachmittag für mich möglich, respekt!
Unser Balkon war für uns Nachts immer noch ein Highlight, draußen sitzen und nochmal den Blick über die Stadt genießen!

Cons:

Gegenüber ist gerade eine große Baustelle, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts! Die Schallschutz Fenster und Türen sind aber dicht, wir sind nicht vom Lärm aufgewacht und abends war eh Ruhe, also kein Problem!

It was really a good experience and it’s in a prime area with lot of access to restaurants and lively place to stay.
Pros:

Once I complained about the AC it was immediately taken care of. Staffs were kind.

Hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie in een levendige wijk.

Cons:

Ontbijt was op zich wel goed en voldoende te kiezen, maar elke dag helemaal hetzelfde en kaas en vleeswaar was niet gekoeld.

Substantially not as expected. Refund not granted because they're greedy & want to keep my money
Pros:

I like the thought of a refund for the stuff that's was missing from the order. It was substantially not as claimed and when that's the case you can't rely on anything. They're dishonest, so anything might be stolen from your room.

Cons:

The sauna was out-of-order and that's the whole reason I booked it! The hotel is so sluggish & lazy they haven't even tried to fix it. Imagine ordering a coffee and they bring you boiling water and when you ask for your money back they act like greedy slugs: "Oh but we like that your money is in our pocket so we'll lie and say whatever we have to say to keep it there."

Lovely hotel with good breakfast in a great location
Pros:

Lovely location near some excellent restaurants and close to the centre of Tirana. Indoor swimming pool and steam room was a plus.

A good option of a city hotel for your business trip
Pros:

Very good location near to lots of restaurants and shops.
Spacious and clean room. A pleasant pool and a well functioning Turkish bath (steam room).

Cons:

Finish sauna is not operational again.
A very noisy construction, making it impossible virtually to stay in the rooms having beautiful panorama because these are very close to the construction site which is just across the street.
Because of that – although I paid a room with balcony – they have given me a room overlooking to the backyard and the parking. No view, no balcony. As a little compensation, I requested a one time charge for my plug-in hybrid gasoline car, small battery. They said no. Only for a charge.
