Pros:

La posizione era eccezionale, la stanza molto bella

Cons:

Non si chiama Grand Hotel &Spa ma Hotel Grand Tirana. Inoltre la Spa è a pagamento, c'è una gran puzza di fumo e la colazione è scarsissima e il caffè a pagamento cosa assurda a colazione

Pros:

Its was ok,friendly staff and fair gym.room very old style but elegant and big enoygh.really good breakfast with great choice of fresh seasonal fruits

Cons:

A bit old style,also the bathroom(carpets everywhere and not really fancy bathroom) the gym was big enough but many machines where out of order so needs some maintenance I think

Posizione molto strategica, si riesce a raggiungere quasi tutto a piedi. Staff molto cordiale, dalle persone alla reception alle signore (meravigliose) che si occupano delle camere.

Pros:

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything, and the rooms are clean

Cons:

Breakfast was really disappointing, the rooms are old, and the whole structure feels neglected. The pool was small and cold, clearly with no investment in comfort. For the same price, you can easily find much better hotels in central locations.

Pros:

The staff was good .The best of the hotel was the breakfast and especially the server Lona was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable.The shower was very small.The staff in the front sometimes was good but they did not help us at all with luggage transportation to the room

Very good in some aspects but negative in others
Pros:

Location fantastic. In a quiet street, with loads of fantastic resatuarants very close by. Short walk (10-15mins) to centre- Skanderbeg square. Breakfast was very good and restaurant ambiente relaxing and very very clean. Staff at breakfast very professional and polite.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the spa- and this was my main reason for choosing this hotel ( and paying extra as there were cheaper 4 star hotels). The pool was FREEZING and the sauna was not working thorughout my week's stay. There was no staff at the spa. The room was ok, but nothing speacial and bed was comfortable, but could have been more comfy. Some of the staff were not very professional or polite. (others were friendly).

Camere molto pulite

Cons:

Nella sala a piano terra era consentito fumare nonostante il divieto.
Colazione dolce quasi inesistente e per di più il caffè espresso ed il cappuccino erano a pagamento.
