Pros:

Śniadania są raczej dobre, ale brakuje ryb i stosunkowo niewielki wybór wędlin drobiowych; brak produktów o niskiej zawartości tłuszczu ( jogurt i twaróg light).

Cons:

W trakcie śniadań zbyt skromny wybór wędlin drobiowych, brak nabiału light (jogurty naturalne, serki cottage cheese) jak też ryb.

Zum Schlafen OK, aber nicht mehr.
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstück (wie eigentlich üblich in Hotels dieser Preisklasse)

Cons:

Etwas mürrisch (subjektiver Eindruck) blickende und kommunizierende Bedienstete beim Einchecken. Nur englischsprachiger, offensichtlich ein Azubi, Bediensteter im Vorfeld des Checkin. Safe auf dem Zimmer defekt, Zimmermöbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, offensichtlich ziemlich altes Mobiliar. Duschen entsprechen nicht dem heutigen modernen Standard (lediglich eine Brause vorhanden, die auch schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel haben dürfte), Badezimmerfugen im Bereich der Dusche sollten dringend erneuert werden. Die Lage ist, wenn man sich mit dem ÖPNV nicht auskennt oder keine Zeit mehr hat, diesen zu studieren, nicht besonders günstig. Im Bereich des Hotels fußläufig nicht viel Infrastruktur, wir waren bereits um 8 Uhr in der Früh im Hotel, zum Einchecken natürlich viel zu früh, verständlich, aber man ließ uns erst um Punkt 15 Uhr (angekündigte Checkin-Zeit) auf das Zimmer. Service wäre gewesen, wenn man beim Reinigungspersonal nachgefragt hätte, ob das Zimmer schon bezugsfertig ist. So kenne ich das aus anderen Hotels.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich sauber und gut eingerichtet.Die Räume sind groß und einladend.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Die Zimmermädchen und das Personal macht in dem Bereich wirklich alles sehr gut und zuverlässig.Die Produkte sind Dove was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Rezeptionisten waren teilweise sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!(Nachtschicht)aber leider teilweise abweisend und unfreundlich.Ich bewerte das Hotel trotzdem sehr gut weil heutzutage zuverlässiges Personal zu finden ist schwierig.Man merkt auch dass auf Sauberkeit viel Wert gelegt wird was uns besonders wichtig ist.

Schöne Suite und sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte eher unmotiviert. Kleine Mängel, auf die aufmerksam gemacht wurde (fehlendes Getränk in d. Minibar, kein Handtuch im 2. Bad, nicht funktionierende Lüftung im 1. Bad), wurden zur Kenntnis genommen aber kein Lösungsvorschlag gemacht/keine Abhilfe geschaffen).
