Kurzfristig nach Berlin
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, zweckmäßige sehr saubere Zimmer, ein Restaurant mit wirklich sehr leckerem Angebot, kleiner Pool, es war schön ruhig.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl - leider waren die Brötchen lediglich Aufbackbrötchen.

Personál na recepci u check out. Skoro žádný oční kontakt a kominikace téméř žádná. Proběhla 1 věta. Do you need the nvoice? A byla vadána na pult beze slova a pohledu. Opravdu.

Die Nähe zur Zitadelle Spandau.

Cons:

Für den Preis nicht angemessen. Einzelbetten gebucht, Doppelbett bekommen. Beim Hinweis darauf, wird man ignoriert. Badewanne mit sehr hohem Einstieg, kein Griff um sich festzuhalten- man kann von Glück reden, wenn man ohne Sturz aus der Badewanne kommt. Im Bad sind die Lichtleisten neben dem Spiegel eingefallen. An der Rezeption wollten wir noch einen Kaffee am Automaten holen, die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht in der Lage einen Löffel zu organisieren, wir sollten uns den an der Bar holen. Das gehört zum Service, meiner Meinung nach für 4 Euro. Im Zimmer eine Flasche Wasser für 4,50 Euro, kein Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht 100%.
Also für 2 Personen mit Frühstück und Parkplatz für eine Nacht mit 206 Euro zu teuer.
