Overall pretty good stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect for our event.

Cons:

The reception checking in was just not the best. But the men at valet were very friendly and i appreciate how pleasant they were in helping us !!

I did not use the restaurant, but it looked nice.

Cons:

The room is big. The gym is good. There is a grocery store right across the street. Very nice.

Just Right
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The staff was SO nice to let us do an early check-in which really made out day easier, having just flown into LAX.

Cons:

The room right on Olympic Blvd. was fairly noisy, so next time I’ll request a room at the back. Other than that, it was very nice.

Location!

Cons:

I had a shower leak from a faulty door. Staff were often nice but confused.
Housekeeping was terrible with slow response time. Management young and not aware how to truly provide good service. I will speak with a GM.
