Location was ok
Dirty, we were located at the back of property, I advised reception of leaking air con and they told me to turn it down, I explained that I had slipped and had to put towels down and they said that as I was only staying one night they would have a look after i had left!
_ THE WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE
Honestly, I would 100% choose sleeping outside in a tent over staying in this hotel. And keep in mind, I have actually camped outdoors before!
I traveled with my mother, and this was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.
1. An extremely rude and aggressive receptionist
From the moment we arrived, we had to deal with an incredibly disrespectful and aggressive receptionist. He gave us a tiny room that felt like a basement, with absolutely no natural sunlight,although we paid for a bigger one.
When we asked to change rooms, he claimed that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. However, there were still rooms available on Booking.com, so his excuse was clearly questionable.
2. Broken air conditioning and water leaking onto my clothes
We stayed in mid-August, when temperatures were around 35/40°C. The air conditioning was useless. It only blew noisy air without cooling the room, even after being switched on for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, water started leaking from the ceiling directly onto my clothes!
When my mother went to reception to request another room, the receptionist became extremely angry and started yelling at us as if we were responsible for the hotel's problems.
What made the situation even more unbelievable was that my mother actually ended up apologizing to HIM, even though HE was the one who should have been apologizing to US! Despite everything we had been through because of the hotel's poor facilities and his unacceptable behavior.
Thankfully, a supervisor eventually intervened. She was polite and helpful, and we were finally able to change rooms.
3. Wrong room keys and a complete lack of organization
Even changing rooms was a nightmare. We were initially given incorrect key cards and room numbers that opened doors to rooms that were already occupied. Fortunately, the guests were not in their rooms at the time.

El hotel estaba con muchas incidencias (las duchas no iban bien, los aires goteaban…). Me tuve que cambiar de habitación pero aún así alguna cosa no estaba bien.

The shower worked on some sort of pump system and although the lever was static, water temp cycled continuously between cold, warm and too hot. So I had to keep stepping out of it.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao metrô e linhas de ônibus. Apesar de ser numa avenida principal, movimentada, nossos quartos eram silenciosos, pois solicitamos apartamentos na lateral ou fundos. O café da manhã era muito bom, variado, sempre bem abastecido. E ao lado, um restaurante muito bom e conveniente, com preço justo.
Não teve nada ruim, ou que tenha sido diferente do que eu havia lido, ou das fotos que eu havia visto. O abastecimento de shampoo e sabonete falhou um dia, mas eu fui até a recepção e peguei, sem problemas.
