Great location, resort design, and excellent pool. Legit seaside resort vibe and excellent 2.4 metre pool. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff friendly enough.

We just had another wonderful stay at the Gold Coast Hotel, our 6th or 7th visit, and it continues to be one of our favourite hotels in Hong Kong. The hotel is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained with a relaxing resort feel that’s perfect after a busy day in the city.

The service here is genuinely outstanding. Special mention to Ken, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make our family feel truly welcome. He assisted with activities for our kids and made everything so much easier. The concierge team was equally fantastic — responsive, proactive, and full of great recommendations.

The shuttle bus service was a real highlight. It ran on time every single trip, and the driver was unbelievably kind and helpful. Despite the language barrier (my Cantonese is terrible!), he patiently assisted us with directions, strollers, and our babies every time. His warmth and willingness to help made such a big difference.

We love the location, just far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy real peace and quiet, yet still very easy to get around the city. It’s the perfect balance: dive into the vibrant markets and energy of Hong Kong, then return to this beautiful, tranquil hotel to unwind. It's also nice to have a view of super yachts from our balcony (Diamonds are Forever) was our daughter's favourite yacht...it has a massive water slide too!

Thank you to the entire Gold Coast team for another memorable family holiday. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having an amazing time here. Overall staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and equipped with different activities and facilities which cater different needs. Hotel dinner buffet is value for money and has good selections, I like the BBQ section - especially the roast pig.

Have come to Gold Coast Hotel for a lunch at The Cafe Lagoon- for the A la Carte menu. We are grateful for the friendly help from Mr. Yo Law at the Conciege to guide us the right direction. His smile and his professionalism is highly appreciated. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Gold Coast Hotel!

Had a lovely time

We stayed at Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel last weekend for a long weekend with our kid, and we’re really glad we decided to stay in Hong Kong and enjoy the hotel rather than going out of town. This was actually our second time staying here, and it still exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to Juergen, who made check-in smooth and gave us great recommendations for fun activities around the hotel. We also really appreciated the housekeeper (we didn’t catch her name, but she was so kind and welcoming).

We were given a Dino-themed room, and our child absolutely loved it. Even better, there were Dino-themed books in the room—our kid is a big reader and he couldn’t stop enjoying them. We also had a great time at breakfast and the pool.

Overall, it was a truly amazing stay—thank you to the team!

It’s a great experience of feeling welcomed by the front desk staffs, especially in the choatic situation.
We are impressed by Celena”s professionalism of taking care of our emotion.

We had dinner in Yue restaurant which the foods are super nice and authentic. Following by the buffet breakfast, we are satisfied and definitely will come again.

Staff Boros and Eric were very helpful and friendly. Eric directed me to a shorter queue as he knew that I am pregnant, he also gave me a card for having discount for the crawling machine that also I can enjoy with my son. Boros also helped with finishing the check-in service quickly and offered me a late checkout until 13:00 the next day.

My staycation stated with a great welcome . I will definitely come again next time😊

Revisit Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel for the buffet, food is yummy as always. I totally feel like a real break when stepping in the hotel. There's a moment I thought I am in the resort hotels of Vietnam or Phuket haha 😎😎
