Had a lovely time

We stayed at Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel last weekend for a long weekend with our kid, and we’re really glad we decided to stay in Hong Kong and enjoy the hotel rather than going out of town. This was actually our second time staying here, and it still exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to Juergen, who made check-in smooth and gave us great recommendations for fun activities around the hotel. We also really appreciated the housekeeper (we didn’t catch her name, but she was so kind and welcoming).

We were given a Dino-themed room, and our child absolutely loved it. Even better, there were Dino-themed books in the room—our kid is a big reader and he couldn’t stop enjoying them. We also had a great time at breakfast and the pool.

Overall, it was a truly amazing stay—thank you to the team!

We have spent a weekend here.

It’s a great experience of feeling welcomed by the front desk staffs, especially in the choatic situation.
We are impressed by Celena”s professionalism of taking care of our emotion.

We had dinner in Yue restaurant which the foods are super nice and authentic. Following by the buffet breakfast, we are satisfied and definitely will come again.

Staff Boros and Eric were very helpful and friendly. Eric directed me to a shorter queue as he knew that I am pregnant, he also gave me a card for having discount for the crawling machine that also I can enjoy with my son. Boros also helped with finishing the check-in service quickly and offered me a late checkout until 13:00 the next day.

My staycation stated with a great welcome . I will definitely come again next time😊

Revisit Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel for the buffet, food is yummy as always. I totally feel like a real break when stepping in the hotel. There's a moment I thought I am in the resort hotels of Vietnam or Phuket haha 😎😎

Location excellent for beach

We stayed at this hotel with our family and overall, we really appreciate how family-friendly the property is. It’s a lovely hotel and definitely has many things going for it.

However, our arrival experience on the afternoon of May 17 was quite disappointing. I was carrying an infant, with packed bags, a stroller, and we also had another child with us. My husband was occupied with our luggage, and my helper was assisting our other child. Despite this, no one from the bell staff approached us to help, offer a luggage trolley, assist with the bags, or even open the door.

I normally try to be very understanding toward hotel staff, especially since I previously worked in the hospitality industry myself. But at the time, the bell staff did not appear busy and seemed to be casually standing by. Given that we were arriving with young children and several bags, even a simple offer of assistance would have made a big difference.

We still love the hotel and how family-friendly it is, but this was not the best first impression upon check-in. I hope management can remind the arrival team to be more proactive in assisting guests, especially families traveling with children.

I always have a wonderful experience at the Gold Coast Hotel. A special thanks to Tansy for her outstanding assistance; her proactive and attentive approach made our check-in seamless and our stay truly memorable. We appreciate her hard work and look forward to our next visit.

Nice staff at Lagoon with fantastic dining environment. Helpful staff in caring elders and kids.
BBQ dinner buffet makes you have a happy moment of relaxation out of busy district. The only Hotel which can provide such facilities in New Territories.

What a gorgeous hotel with spectacular views. We were upgraded on arrival and the room was fantastic, huge with great views and a large terrace.
Staff were all lovely, especially Jane, she was so welcoming and friendly and looked after us really well.
Only downside is the lack of bar facilities if you want to sit in the lounge for a drink in the evening.
Would definitely return should we be over this way again.

Excellent stay experience, guestroom clean & tidy with great view. Staff polite & friendly, the Pool's environment is safe with many lifeguard. Overall have a happy memories, I will stay again very soon.

We came for the lunch buffet and the playroom last weekend, the staffs were very polite and warmly welcoming while we enjoying the playroom and this time your staff Paddy introduced the hotel new sticker photo booth. We lovely so much, we see the hotel have new facility with every time when we coming, this time my kid also very happy happy happy and happy, thank you your staffs given happy moment for us.
