Outstanding Service
Pros:

We stayed for only two nights (Rm 1215) on March 10-12, 2026 but the experience was wonderful. We arrived at 6am after a long-haul flight and met Boros at the front desk. He was incredibly empathetic and efficient, granting us an early check-in which we truly appreciated. His thoughtful attitude made a hugh difference. We also like to thank the housekeeper who was very responsible and polite ensuring our room was always spotless. A big thank you to the whole front line team for making us feel so welcome.

I have stayed in the Gold coast hotel hk for many years, I am both a long term and regular guest with my family and a long term sino club member. As usual, we enjoy very much of our regular stays, and we find the hotel services to be absolutely excellent. However, again, I would make special compliments to the front desk Ms. Joyce Lee, during my years of being guest of the hotel, I have always found Ms. Joyce Lee's services to be excellent, helpful, friendly, and she gives guests a warm feeling of coming back to an excellent hotel. To be honest, I have stayed in many other 5 to 6 stars hotels but I have not seen a better managerial staff who has such excellent service comparing to Ms Lee. Honestly, I believe Ms Lee has great contributions to the Gold Coast hotel, and she has been giving the guests warm welcomes to come back to hotel again and again, and I believe she is a very important staff and asset to the hotel. We could observe that she both respects and follows instructions from her superior and at the same tine looking after the more Junior colleagues. From my humble years in the professional business, I could see that Ms Lee has all the necessary talents, skills, knowledge and helpful attitudes to the great managerial and important role, for both the hotel and the guests. My family and I both have excellent and brilliant compliments to be given to Ms. Joyce Lee. We wish Ms. Lee all the very best in her career. Thank you.

Can't wait to come back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Gold Coast Hotel in Hong Kong. The lobby is honestly one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies we have ever seen and it created a great first impression right away.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic balcony view and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The bathroom was huge and featured an amazing large bathtub, which we absolutely loved.
A special thank you to the receptionist Boros, who was incredibly kind and helped us with a late check out extension. That gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and we truly appreciated his help.
Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to try the food this time, but we are already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of what this hotel has to offer.
Overall, a lovely stay and a place we would happily return to.
