We had a wonderful stay at the Gold Coast Hotel in Hong Kong. The lobby is honestly one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies we have ever seen and it created a great first impression right away.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic balcony view and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The bathroom was huge and featured an amazing large bathtub, which we absolutely loved.
A special thank you to the receptionist Boros, who was incredibly kind and helped us with a late check out extension. That gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and we truly appreciated his help.
Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to try the food this time, but we are already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of what this hotel has to offer.
Overall, a lovely stay and a place we would happily return to.
Very good environment and hygiene, and especially the service. One of the staff, Boros, has helped me a lot while arriving the hotel.
Had such a great time at Gold Coast Prime Rib! The food was super tasty and we were all so happy enjoying the meal. Big shoutout to Jane—she was so sweet and helped us take photos, which made the night even more memorable. Honestly, it left such a good impression on us.
The cleanliness, food, atmosphere, service, etc were all excellent. Just that the dishes were served too slowly today.
Clean, friendly and quiet. Rooms quite basic but well maintained. Good food quality, especially dinner on Fri/Sat.
It’s a bit of a way out from HK island so may not be great for a business trip if meetings are in Central but as a getaway/ holiday it is excellent
The plaza next door has very good restaurants with bars, a supermarket, coffee shops so lots of local amenities

I've been here many times before, and this time I brought my friends to come to the playroom together. Our childers were very happy. They very enjoy the new added toys, and the staffs were very polite and caring. The new lobby shop are very nice and convenient! I love this place, will come again!
It is an amazing family staycation this time. We often come here to enjoy our holidays and this is the first time for going to the kid’s theme room.
We have chosen the space theme room. Fantastic deco with space items and the rocket bed for my boy.
All amenities include kids’ needs, for example the kids soap and toilet. It is a thoughtful arrangement. Books are also provided for kids too. We will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay all thanks to the wonderful staff, particularly Boros and Juergen who were extremely accommodating and attentive!
We booked the hotel package for one night with a dinner buffet to celebrate our anniversary. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Hong Kong Tram-themed room. The child’s bed, designed as a tram, was a big hit with my kid, who was thrilled by it. The room also came with a selection of children’s books, which was a thoughtful touch.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Boros, who assisted us during check-in. He was very helpful and genuinely answered all our questions.
Our package included a free shuttle bus service from Tsim Sha Tsui to the hotel, which was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of travel time.
As for the dinner buffet, the food was of good quality, though the variety was somewhat limited. We had hoped for noodles for our child, but unfortunately, they were not available.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and had a great time.
From arrival to departure it was a very special experience, You were made feel most welcome and important throughout my 7 day stay, staff were pleasant and attentive to your needs. Rooms very clean, views across the marina refreshing and relaxing. In house dining catered for all tastes. The hotel is convenient to HK central and the Gold Coast is served very well by bus services and taxis which are affordable.
