Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mitten in Hamburg.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage zu Bus und Bahn. Außerdem die Nähe zu Supermärkten und einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Ganz in der Nähe ist außerdem ein nettes Café. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand.

Cons:

Bedauerlicherweise war der Fahrstuhl wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht zu nutzen - bei einem Aufenthalt im zweiten Stock eine Herausforderung mit dem Gepäck. Freundlicherweise half ein Rezeptionsmitarbeiter.
Die Nachfrage einer kleinen „Entschädigung“ deswegen wurde abschlägig beantwortet. Defekter Toilettenpapierhalter. Für unsere Reisebegleitung hatte ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das war neben unserem Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür. Sie hörte jedes Geräusch aus unserem Zimmer, sehr unschön. In diesem Einzelzimmer war der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken sehr instabil.
Beide Mängel wurden der Rezeption mitgeteilt.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal,
Ruhige Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür und doch schnell in der Innenstadt mit der U-Bahn. Große Zimmer, sauber, leckeres Frühstück. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top!

Cons:

Einziger wirklich nerviger Punkt: Zimmerkarte entmagnetisiert sich ständig, extrem empfindlich, innerhalb einer Woche war mehrmals Neukalibrierung nötig gewesen...

Ein sauberes, schönes 2-Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Ein sauberes 2-Sterne Hotel. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt, das Personal freundlich, die Betten bequem. Im Bad gibt es einen Fön und Duschgel. Ich war schon öfter da und komme auch gerne wieder. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht. Ein Rewe Markt ist direkt nebenan. Die U-Bahn Hamburger Straße nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
