Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Es war alles da, was wir wünschten. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und nicht zu groß. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Hamburg zu besuchen.

Cons:

Die WLAN-Verbindung hätte besser sein.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur etwa 10 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station und dem sehr empfehlenswerten Einkaufszentrum "Hamburger Meile" entfernt. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen, stand aber - soweit ich mich erinnere - auch nicht in der Zimmerbeschreibung und war insofern auch nicht zu erwarten.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Hotel und Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Bad war ein Minuspunkt. Zu klein und in der Dusche sehr schlechter Wasserdruck und ständiger wechseln von heiß zu kalt.

Top Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Es war alles top!
Einzig der Preis für eine einzige Nacht bleibt mir unverständlich, auch wenn es inzwischen branchenüblich ist. Für Familien kaum noch erschwinglich.
