Schönes Hotel Habe aber Sichheitsbedenken in einem Brandfall

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer über die Stadt das Frühstück war fantastisch

Cons:

Am 31.3 um 11.30 Uhr nachts ging die Brandmelder im Zimmer 8 Stock los!
Keine Information vom Hotel was los ist!
Flüchteten auf den Gang ein aufgescheuchter Mitarbeiter lief planlos herum und konnte keine sichere Auskunft geben ! Das Verhalten im Alarmfall der Hotelverwaltung nicht Zufriedenstellend!!
Schulung des Nachtpersonal notwendig!!

Готель перевершив очікування !
Pros:

Готель дуже сподобався! Номер затишний, красивий і комфортний. Сніданки просто чудові, великий вибір і все дуже смачне. Персонал максимально ввічливий і клієнтоорієнтований, нас заселили раніше, підвищили категорію номера та дозволили трохи пізніше виїхати, що було дуже приємно. Розташування також відмінне. Залишилися тільки позитивні враження.

We loved it ✌️
Pros:

Staff is super nice, lobby & bar area is different and gives the hotel a special character.

Cons:

Great location for a city break
Pros:

Great location, very nice staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hair straightener was a really nice touch. Excellent Cocktails downstairs, the bar was full every evening

Cons:

Everything was good, but it’s the first 5 stars hotel I see without an iron or at least a small steamer in the room. Sometimes we could hear some street noise, but fortunately the area is very quiet so it wasn’t that much/ often
