Le lieu,le personnel,les équipements

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé être informés que dans le spa, les personnes avec des habits pouvaient se baigner. Pour une raison d'hygiène nous n'apprécions pas vraiment ...Le reste était parfait y compris le repas du soir,qui était délicieux Merci

Excellent value for money, with helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. The spa was very busy on occasion. The inhouse restaurant was a bonus and saved us having to go out, drive and search for food.

Cons:

The walls in the bedrooms are quite thin. The toilet space was tiny and would be better located in the bathroom with the shower.

La chambre semble à moitié rénovée, certaines installations sont encore anciennes et usées
Beaucoup de bruit, nous avons entendu les portes des autres personnes claquer dès qu'ils entraient ou sortaient de leur chambre, et étions situés juste a côté de la porte coupe-feu,qui devait rester fermée, donc qui fait donc beaucoup de bruit également au moindre mouvement. Dommage car l'emplacement de l'hôtel est au calme.
Joli spa mais inondé d'eau au sol en fin de journée ce qui peut être dangereux

Pros:

L’emplacement , le calme , le lit immense et très confortable , la sympathie du personnel le petit déjeuner à volonté avec de très bons produits frais .

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres chambres : nous avions pris la suite (n1) pensant être plus tranquilles, en fait il y avait bcp de passage devant la porte de la chambre avec la porte de communication qui claquait à chaque fois..
La barre du lit à baldaquin qui masque la moitié de la télé : dommage ..

On sent que l’hôtel a été rafraîchi depuis peu mais aurait besoin d’être davantage remis au goût du jour surtout pour les parties communes qui font encore un peu vieillissantes.
