Good price for what you get

Cons:

Employee that was working there was useless, i waited 15 minutes for him to show up in the lobby. He was outside somewhere doing something just sat there could have stole anything.

Close to our venue

Cons:

The receptionist insisted on a 100 dollar "cash deposit " that we would get back in the morning during checkout, no receipt nothing, the room was dirty and noisy ( elephant in room above us walking around) night, outside noises, doors, wires hanging down in the hallway stains on the ceiling, smell in the room, asks other guests if they were required to make a 100 cash deposit and they said no. Need to be reported and pulled from booking. Com

Easy to book. Inexpensive. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Our shower drained slowly and kept water on your feet as you showered. Seemed dirty to my husband.

Pros:

Breakfast was heated, but some parts still frozen in the eggs and the sausage. Completely out of juice and waffle batter. Eggs were the worst scrambled eggs that I have ever had. I would guess that they were made from a powder.

The lobby is updated and staff was friendly

Room was dirty, many cosmetic imperfections that need to be fixed: ripped bedding, scuffs/dings on wall, dirty bathroom, moldy shower curtain, dirty and dusty baseboards

Mold in the bathroom
Pros:

Staff was nice.

Cons:

Night staff parked in handy cap parking despite not being handicap. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Renovations looked like they were completed by a 15 yr old. No sound deadening to surroundings at all. You can hear people in the parking lot and street. Room had a lamp that couldn't be plugged in becaue the plug was covered by the beds head board.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was pleasant to the eye at first glance, it could have been more thoroughly cleaner, the beds were comfortable.

Pros:

The breakfast was just OK. Wish it would have had a little fruit, or even some yogurt. There wasn't any bread for toast. The apple juice was awful.

Cons:

Putting up cash for the deposit. There was already an odor in our room, and we even bought a can of spray at the local store. The next morning, the clerk questioned did we smoke. I informed we didn't. Also, there was no shampoo or conditioner, and we inly had 2 small thin towels for the 2 of us. We had to use same towel for shower at night and then use the same one the next morning. The clerk said (yes maam, we only allow 2 towels per room)???? LOCATION WAS GREAT.
