Lovely
Pros:

The room was clean, bright and spacious.
I loved the Toiletries, they were of a high quality.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
We were lucky to find a parking slot in front of the hotel although the price was not included!

Do NOT extend a booking on this site.You will not be refunded if you can’t cancel the original booking on the website.

Mean management took three days payment for a two day break. Be VERY careful when booking on Booking . Com. If you try to extend your stay there is no one to ring and cancel the original booking with. To much corporate greed I gave used booking. Com many times. I have stayed at this hotel twice. No quarter given. Worried to use either again

Theatre break
Pros:

We were going to the theater and lunch at the 20 stories restaurant so the location was perfect for us , The staff was excellent and they upgraded our room which was really nice

Bit of a queue for the tea or coffee it would have helped if just a hot water boiler was available
