always a pleasure to stay at the various Hampton Inns on the east coast.
Pros:

Although the breakfast room location was next to ongoing remodeling construction, food & associates were wonderful

Bad start, good finish.
Cons:

Internet was down and they couldn’t accommodate my request for a handicapped accessible room. They claimed all information about rooms was stored online- no emergency hard copies. After speaking with folks at the main office I was finally accommodated ( and the result was a suite!).

I stayed at Hampton Inn Manassas on October 18–19, 2025. While breakfast is advertised as being available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, when my family arrived around 9:00 AM, there was almost nothing left. Only a few bread slices and bagels were available — even milk for cereal was gone.

When I asked the staff about replenishing the food, the lady in charge dismissively said guests were eating “as if this is a buffet,” implying the shortage was our fault rather than a management issue. This was unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a Hilton property.

If breakfast is meant to be served until 10:00 AM, guests should be able to enjoy the same variety and quality regardless of when they arrive. Unfortunately, the lack of food and the staff’s attitude left a poor impression and affected our overall stay.

I hope the hotel improves both food replenishment and staff responsiveness, so future guests don’t face the same problem.
