Friendliness of the staff

Cons:

Breakfast should be included and also start 30 minutes earlier which would be sufficient for those leaving to catch the noon sailing of Marine Atlantic from PAB. Only option for me was the local Tim Hortons - workable but not ideal

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly. I can think of nothing negative to say about the experience. We stayed in several hotels during our road trip and this was by far the best experience we had at any of the hotels we visited. We would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.

Cons:

I can’t think of a thing I didn’t like.
