Parking was not supposed to be charged
Pros:

I was charged for Parking which I was not supposed to charge. Booking states public parking is available without reservation which simply means it is not paid parking. Booking also stated that reservation costs $31. so there is a distinction between public and private parking , you can not advertise that customer needs to pay for public parking. it is clearly stated in booking as it is just to manipulate customers

Our guest room was very disappointing and no one seemed to care!

The staff the restaurant were friendly and the food delicious.

Cons:

Room 1001 was not up to Hilton standards. When I walked into the room I thought I was in Motel-6! The bathroom had mold and mildew in the tub, the ceiling looked terrible and bathroom fixtures falling off the walls! Also, in the guest room the walls were all scratched up and paint on the walls were touched- up with different colored paint.

Getting to the shuttle at the airport was a pain. Took a taxi in the end.
