The Hotel was basic and we had to ask for adequate toiletries for the room. The beds were extremely small and the room was not suitable for four people at all.

Cons:

I didn’t like that you gave four people an inadequate size room with the incorrect amount of toiletries etc.

Pros:

The beds are comfortable, and the housekeeping does a good job keeping the rooms clean. The rooms need new furniture or a remodel. The front desk is very friendly and the restaurant staff are great. I will say that on weekends, the breakfast runs way too long. Only breakfast is available until noon. This should be cut to 11 am. I understand a weekend brunch, but lunch needs to be available earlier. Esp for catching a flight out, and if they have a conference in-house and they break for lunch right at 12, its a mad scramble to get a lunch order in before the conference attendees go back. Im sure this would help the servers, too. There is an airport shuttle ( you can not walk from the terminal to the hotel). The bathroom water pressure and temperature are very good and appreciated.
