No dia anterior havíamos feito o pré check-in incluindo o cartão de crédito para pagamento
NÃO ADIANTOU NADA. Tivemos que fazer novamente no balcão.
A Patrícia dizia que estava cobrando 50 USD de caução. O valor que aparecia na tela era USD 399.
Não conseguia explicar nada, só dizia que era por causa do Booking
Apresentamos 3 cartões THE ONE DO ITAU QUE NÃO FORAM ACEITOS.
Meu filho conseguiu pagar os USD 399 com cartão de débito internacional.
Saímos para jantar e ao voltarmos para o quarto estava trancado.
Fomos até a portaria e explicamos o que estava acontecendo para a Ashey que entendeu a situação, que cancelou a cobrança de 399 USD e cobrou o valor de USD 209,79 e liberou o quarto novamente
Na hora do check-out o valor de 209,79 foi debitado novamente e também uma compra de USD 40,18 que não reconhecemos
As atendentes não souberam explicar nada e nem nos deram o recibo de pagamento
