The room I was given was open. Scary moment as I get a key to my room it’s open like the door was open didn’t need the key to get in. Scary. I went back to the front desk and she tried to explain why but I wasn’t comfortable with the excuse so I asked for another room. I got another room but I didn’t sleep well and was so ready to go. I will never book here again!

Pool was hot
Everything about the stay was above exceptional. The room was nice and clean and the pool was well took care of too. The staff was very friendly and did not hesitate to help or answer any questions we had.

I didn't have the chance to find out how good the hotel is. The facilities look clean and tidy. I didn't get to see the rooms or the other amenities.
I cannot evaluate the hotel's facilities because we never had the opportunity to stay there. We arrived about two hours before the official check-in time and informed the woman at the front desk. Instead of greeting or welcoming us, she rudely stated that we would have to pay an additional $20 for early check-in. I agreed to pay the fee, but her attitude, tone, and gestures were unprofessional and disrespectful. I politely suggested that she should be more courteous to guests, as we were paying customers.
She became visibly upset, cancelled my reservation without any valid explanation, and told us to leave the hotel. When I requested a receipt or written confirmation of the cancellation, she refused and continued behaving in a hostile manner.
I immediately contacted Booking.com and the hotel's management to report the incident. Unfortunately, I have not received a response or apology from the hotel, nor has the hotel responded to Booking.com. I just hope the charge made to my credit card disappears, since the cancellation of my reservation was not my decision. My family and I were forced to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute, causing significant stress, inconvenience, and unnecessary expense.
This was an extremely disappointing and unfair experience. Until the hotel acknowledges what happened and addresses how guests are treated, I cannot recommend staying here.
