Pros:

The restaurant was nice atmosphere for the breakfast. However, was told they were a bit shortstaffed and had to ask for several things at the table that should’ve been furnished, and the omelette bar was not open but overall better than average. Also, the room was very nice. Particularly liked the walkway to the Civic Center to the show we went to. Everything was very clean and the decor was nice. There was a small fridge that I didn’t know we would get that was a nice addition.

Cons:

Was counting on the robes that said were furnished. However, they were not there that’s it. There was a bit of a delay in the check-in because they could not find our reservation. Not sure what happened as we did book through a third-party, but was taken care of eventually.

The convenience to the theater.

Cons:

Once arriving, we had to wait over an hour and a 1/2 to get our room. It was not cleaned. It was after 4 o'clock, they finally got somebody to go up and clean the room. The room was not to my expectations. It was not worth the money that I paid. I would never reserve a room like that again.

Wouldn’t recommend- wrong room

Design of the hotel

Cons:

Booked 1 queen bed. Ended up with 2 twin beds and we were told they ran out of rooms and couldn’t change it. Area had cops everywhere and homeless people outside. Lobby and hot. Check in took forever. We knew we were given the wrong room because we walked into a birthday card and piece of cake with someone else’s name on it.

Expensive breakfast for what it was. It was basically what i couldve gotten complimentary at another hotel. Also shouldnt have had to pay for parking in the deck. Nice place and staff though.

Issues with loud other guests, tvs not working, pool closed, not very clean, being downgraded to a smaller room and smaller bed because guests in adjoining room wouldn’t turn down loud music

We visited Peoria for the AFT TT race. The location was perfect and everything we needed was close
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was very good with a good variety. The option for a fresh omelet made it even better

Cons:

We did have trouble setting the thermostat. Instructions on the desk would have been helpful

Pros:

Thank you for free conceriage breakfast. Staff did not show up at 6:00 a.m. to open but front desk pulled in a staffer and she was exceedingly helpful. Parking plentiful, bed comfy, very clean, asked for quiet room and was given one.

Cons:

had 8:15 medical appointment so stress when breakfast not open but situation ended well
