The room was nice and clean and had a pleasant stay.

Do yourself a favor, and avoid this property at all costs. Premium prices for low quality does not make sense. From the slow responses, to the multiple requests for the same items to the shoddy parking program to the unconditioned walk bridge with extreme heat to the room air conditioner not able to keep up to cool the room, to the auto sensor that turns off the air conditioner when it does not detect motion, you have solidified this as a place to which I would not recommend to anyone.

We were bitten very badly by bad bugs unfortunately.
Very disappointed with the hotel, the parking was confusing for many people, the rooms were not as advertised, there was no ice on any floors, could not flush toilets in the lobby restrooms. We went for breakfast at 10:00 am and there was hardly any thing to eat, cold coffee and when we asked for some fresh coffee, we were told it will be a while and we never got any coffee. It was the only hot in the hotel, the air condition was not working properly.
The television streaming services did not work. There was no internet to the tv in my room.

We were never told pool was closed and we had literally planned our weekend to sit and relax at the pool!!
Beautiful and loved hoe the halls were well lite and wide.
The service! Left on Saturday morning around 9am and returned around 3 pm, went to room and it looked like they started to clean our room, bed stripped and dirty towels pick up and that was it. Went to front desk to report it and they said that they had housekeeper there until 5 and she would let them know. Left again to go to baseball game, returned around 8, went to room still not completed, went back down to front desk, this time more vocal about situation, they acted surprised that it was not finished, would get someone there as soon as possible. Finally the room was finished around 9:30. Now what if I wanted to come by at 8 and wanted to shower and go to bed, I would had to wait until they finished when they should have already been completed.
You hotel is beautiful but the service sucked.
Great location, walkable around downtown, nice restaurant with better-than-usual buffet breakfast and omelette bar.
Loved staying across the street from the Prairie Alliance Theatre and good restaurants. We parked in the garage and left our car alone for the weekend.
I really have no complaints about my stay. I’m sure there are less expensive options around Peoria, but the building is perfectly located and has a luxury feel with a good staff.
Their cool old-school red neon “PERE MARQUETTE HOTEL” sign needs repairs, though—in June of 2026, it read something like:

I recently stayed at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the mattress was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location and accessibility were excellent, making it convenient to get in and out and explore the area.
The only areas I think could use some improvement are the bathroom size, which felt a bit small compared to the room itself, and the pillows, which could benefit from being updated for added comfort.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Peoria.

El genio de la persona que me atendió cuando pedí la extensión de una noche mas, fui por la lleve por dejó de funcionar, le hablé, mas no me respondió solse me quedó viéndome de una forma muy descrimina, quizás no había tenido un buen día, quise hacer un café, la cafetera estaba tan sucio que me asuste verlo.
Muy buena experiencia para crecer personalmente.
