The carpet in the room felt nasty and smelled if pets had been in it.

We booked this hotel due to a change in our original plans and we were not disappointed.

Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. They are going through refurbishing and had closed the free breakfast but they tried to give us enough items to make due.

Cons:

The website said they would be through refurbishing by June 2025 but that was not the case.

Dont expect to watch TV, breakfast, Sleeping Beds & hot shower was great
Pros:

The Check in was fast and easy and very friendly she was able to tell us where to go and get some good hometown cooking which was also great. we felt safe and enjoyed the stay and the smell was great not the weird smell you get a lot of time. English American Women not the normal people you find in hotels now a days

Cons:

The Room phone didn't work and the TV wasn't connected to the internet so you couldn't do anything but watch regular stations and they didn't know how to fix it.

Pros:

house keeping had not serviced our room and had left for the day. When the Lady at the front desk called the manager she told them that it was the second room not serviced. Every thing else was great
