Moderne, in top Lage
Pros:

Top Lage, 10 Minuten zu fuß vom Hbf Gera, unweit der Innenstadt, Top Anbindung an Tram, Zug und Bus. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Extrem bequeme Betten, top modern eingerichtet. Super freundliches Personal.

Pros:

Einladende Lobby und hervorragende Matratzen. Zimmer mit viel Stauraum und alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Geräumige Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Zimmer war erst nach 15 Uhr fertig. Nur eine Steckdose in Bettnähe beim Dopplbettzimmer. Einmal eingeschränktes Frühstück wegen Rohrbruches

, aber kein Preisnachlass. Wifi war problematisch. Kein Zimmerservice obwohl gebucht, nicht einmal Müll wurde entsorgt. Es müsse Zimmerservice angemeldet werden. Restaurant am Samstag geschlossen wegen geschlossener Veranstaltung, ohne vorherige Mitteilung. Frühstück war gut aber preisintensiv.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück konnte man die Butter leider erst nach 10min verbrauchen.

Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel.
Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimme sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel habe ich definitiv einen anderen Anspruch.
Es gab weder einen Wasserkocher noch eine Teestation auf dem Zimmer.
