We had a beach front room view was amazing. The staff was very friendly food and drink was excellent. Pool was great and not over crowded. Over all it was an amazing property.
Nothing everything was great. I have no complaints about this property.
The room was very large with a lot of storage for toiletries and clothing. Shower was large with great water pressure. Plenty of room for two or even a family of 4 to move around with privacy between the living area and bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was great as we love sleeping in a cold room, If desired, food can be prepared in the microwave however we did not use. The shuttle to downtown Key West and back was very convenient. We utilized this transportation often. Loved the courtyard which provided lots of privacy.
We would have preferred a room closer to downtown even though we could use the shuttle. It would have been nice to be within walking distance to all the wonderful entertainment and food downtown. The restaurant at the hotel was only adequate. Menu was so-so!
Location was excellent. Oceanfront. Parking was very convenient. The beach was steps away. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Pool closed to early and too small
Not much to do near the hotel and nothing in walking distance except the beach. Have to wait for a shuttle.

Удобные кровати, хороший вид из окна на бассейн. Вкусная еда в отеле. Вода в бутылках новая в комнате. Кофе с коридоре или горячая вода была в доступе всегда. И на завтраке кофе было отличное. Официанты в ресторане были внимательными. Территория отеля чистая, стараются поддерживать состояние приличное. У бассейна ходили две красивые игуаны.
Первые три дня у нас в комнате бегали тараканы, потом предложил отель про спрееть комнату. После этого тараканы не приходили. Были большие тараканы- сказали что это пальмовые тараканы, что их ничем не вывести. Дали ваучер нам на один бесплатный завтрак в качестве извинений. Уборка была через день хорошая, иногда полы не мыли, весь песок, мусор прилипал к ногам. С маленькими детьми это было не приятно. Два дня при уборке комнаты не долили шампунь и гель для душа, принесли только после как я сама попросила. Если был в цене завтрак, то цена и качество соответствовало, а так я считаю дорого за такой сервис. Отель выбирали из за пляжа, что бы никуда не ездить с детьми. А получилось что этот пляж очень грязный и много водорослей. И мы все равно ездили на платный пляж где был тенек из за деревьев.
