Great location, away from the noise and crowds.
Chambre spacieuse. Une douche avec un pommeau amovible !!! Et un débit important .
La plage juste en face. Plutôt calme quand on s’éloigne de la piscine
Lit non préparé à notre arrivée pour notre fils, nous avons du demander 2 fois pour que ce soit fait.
Un cadre posé à l’envers qui est tombé sur le canapé. Pas de piles dans les 2 télécommandes.
Et surtout pas d’excuse.
Je me suis sentie comme à la maison : toujours un truc à faire réparer.
Soit nos voisines parlaient très très fort soit la chambre est mal insonorisée.

We had a wonderful first trip to Key West and it was made even more special by staying here! The room and amenities made our stay so comfortable and easy! Shout out to Levani J at the restaurant/bar! He was so wonderful and the drinks were 10/10 definitely pay him a visit when staying here! We will 100% be back!

Prices were too high on the food, not enough variety if you had little kids and the place needed to be repainted and updated
I especially wanted to take the opportunity to recognize our server, Levan. He was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, he was so warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell that he truly cares about the guests he serves, and his personality and level of service really stood out to us. Levan is one of a kind! I absolutely loved him!
Employees like Levan, Anita, and Alex are what make a vacation even more memorable, and I really hope they receive the recognition they deserve. They are all definitely an asset to Margaritaville beach house.
Thank you again for helping make our time in Key West so special. We’ll be leaving with some wonderful memories and we will definitely be back.

Eravamo in 4 il divano letto non era pronto e dopo che ne ho fatto richiesta mi sono state consegnate solo le lenzuola e mi sono dovuta occupare io di prepararlo per la notte . Asciugamani anche insufficienti, ho dovuto richiederli .

Great stay everyone is so nice and welcoming! Drinks and Food was always good! We especially wld like to Thank Levani J. ,Beidy,and Levan for their Hospitality and great service ! Its always nice to have a great bartender / server when ur on vacation! All 3 were definitely on point w service w a smile . This was my second time staying at Margaritaville Beach House Key West, and both times were wonderful. The shuttle to and from the airport and old town is so convenient, and being able to walk to Smathers Beach is so nice! I feel that it’s truly the best of both worlds being able to easily get to the sights while still being away from the business and having access to a fantastic beach and pool. The staff is also so kind and accommodating. Theresa was a huge help in coordinating a late checkout when we had late flights out. Cannot say enough good things about this property!
The bar staff so amazing !!! If you have a not so great day ir even a great day please stop by the bar Levan will take care of you . Ask him for a drink suggestion, and let him make it for you!!! Very pleasant .patient and humble and makes you feel welcome!!
The Room was very nice with an excellent view of the beach. Beds were very comfortable.
The margaritaville theme is great.
The bar service was terrible 2 out of the 3 times that we went. The restaurant messed up 3 of our 4 meals. We went an entire day (7/9/26) with no water and no concession for the lack of water and the inconvenience that it caused. We did not go to the beach because of the sargassum, which we understand Margaritaville had no control over. The pool was extremely cloudy and uninviting.
