Margaritaville Beach House Key West

Absolutely amazing experience. The ambience was fantastic and the room was great. Right across the street from smathers beach. Just walk over. Plus the shuttles taking you into town and airport for free was a great perk. Big shout out to Yveline at the front desk for being such a sweetheart. I will happily be back!

The trip to Key West was fantastic. Six of us were staying at the Margaritaville Beach House. From the moment we walked into the bar on day one of our visit our bartenders, Levan and Beidy brought incredible energy, fun and professionalism to our vacation. They handled a busy crowd effortlessly and still made us feel like VIPs! Every drink was made perfectly! It was easy to see they were experts in their craft! What really made them stand out is their ability to engage without being overbearing, naturally funny, genuine and upbeat the entire 4 days we were there! In a town full of great spots, service like this stood out! Levan and Beidy didn’t just serve drinks-they elevated our entire Key West experience!!! We’re going back the next time we’re in town!

Shuttle service was great - wish it would have had a couple different stops and not just one.

The property overall has a nice look. But when you look hard at it and experience staying there they have some work to do. I did make my suggestions on mini reviews and they did try to make things better. But there were five or six things they got feedback on and that is too many for the cost of the room.

I celebrated my birthday at the bar with a close friend and had the most amazing time. Shout out to Ron, Levani and Jason for making my birthday special! 10/10 crew.

Pool, property, location, staff were all fantastic. The room was nice as well, a bit smaller than expected but matched the description and photos. The staff really make this place great.

Another Satisfying Margaritaville Stay! Have stayed here a few times now with friendly and pleasant employees.

This was a bucket list trip for me. Everyone, and I mean everyone at Margaritaville; Santa, Sobe, Anita, Candy A., Gary & Yveline, Bob and Luanne were outstanding hosts and saw that I had everything I needed. It's a beautiful hotel, sand across the street, golf carts to explore the funky lovely place. I didn't get to see an iguana but my friend did. Great music all the time in common areas & Great little beach areas to relax. I'm already planning to go back. Did I forget to say amazing food options also.

Our experience at the hotel was a little mixed. The front desk staff was terrific, especially Yveline and Gary. They greeted us with smiles every day and happily helped us with any questions.

Our room was clean upon arrival and was well maintained during our stay; the larger bathroom was great. The blackout curtains did not fully darken the room. The bedroom needs additional lighting as the 2 fim wall sconces by the bed did not light the room.

The location of the hotel is driving distance to many of the attractions in the area (except the airport!), so the shuttle was something we planned to use frequently. Unfortunately despite arriving 25-30 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time, we arrived to find it completely full. Many more guests arrived and instead of calling for another shuttle due to demand, we were told to wait another hour for the next one. As a result we spent a considerable amount of money on Ubers. The shuttle to and from the airport was reliable and a great asset.

Bikes are a must. Sand and beach is clean. Not crowded. Pool wsa lovely.

Very nice experience! Very accommodating and super nice staff . Pool was warm, grounds were excellent. Breakfast very nice. Room was very nice. Very quiet and we certainly will return next year.

This is a really cool place. Great people, location is directly across from sandy beach, pool area is so relaxing, multiple bars and exceptional food restaurant.

If you are looking for a relaxing get away with great staff and a unique cool Margaritaville theme, this is THE place to stay.
