-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

-Pets may be left alone in the room, provided you notify the front desk and place a tag outside the door.

Pleasant staff and quiet overnight. Breakfast was very good selection and the fresh pressed juices were an excellent add

It is modern upscale and clean. Nice big lobby area. The room was well appointed and very clean with special touches like bathrobes. Balcony facing green space was nice. Close to walkways along the river. Short walk into town.

Wouldn't have stayed here if the congress was located elsewhere
Pros:

Excellent breakfast (fresh juices), cleanliness.

Cons:

Small room. Some of the receptionists were somehow disdainful. Restaurant waiters removing lunches' food buffet even before we have finished. Coffee. Far from the city center.

Short 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, good food, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful park nearby
Pros:

The rooms were perfect, adjoining rooms for children. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices even those with special dietary needs. Large reception area with cafe services. Staff were always helpful. This is the largest hotel in Florence.

Cons:

The only recommendation I have would be to have irons available to bring to rooms. As it was you needed to go down to their one ironing room. Also did not realize till checkout there was a shuttle service offered, this is on me but perhaps staff could highlight this service at check in.

On our next trip to Florence we’re staying here.
Pros:

Great hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We were afraid it was a little out of the main old town but actually it was just a short 10 minute walk to the action. Would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. We were in what appeared to be a newer wing and it was great.

We loved the breakfast set up, and excellent choice of food and drinks.
The staff were friendly and accommodating

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. I honestly don't think you could Improve on your setup .from the moment we arrived, and were greeted at front of house by your doorman right through all your staff down to your cleaners they were all amazing.

Very disappointing experience
Pros:

Option for fresh squeezed juice at breakfast.

Very disappointing experience – not a 4‑star standard.Our experience with this hotel was extremely unpleasant.
- Construction works and misleading information. Initially, we were assigned a room in the south wing of the hotel. The receptionist warned us that it would take longer to reach, but assured us it would be quieter. This was COMPLETELY FALSE. There was construction scaffolding right outside the window, with workers actively working all day. On the desk, we found a note from management informing us about façade works and recommending that we keep the curtains closed after 9:00 AM.
If the hotel knows guests will have builders right outside their windows and constant construction noise, WHY IS THIS NOT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING? The answer is obvious: no one would willingly pay for such conditions, especially given the many accommodation options in the area.
- Unprofessional and rude staff. We returned to reception and spoke with a man from the reception, who was extremely rude and sarcastic. He initially refused our request and suggested we simply keep the curtains closed. After we insisted, he reluctantly went to check with management. He then took another key card and left the desk without saying a word to us. We had no idea what was happening—were we getting another room or not? Why didn’t he communicate?
He simply gestured for us to follow him and ignored all our attempts to ask questions during the entire walk. Completely unprofessional behavior.
- Second room worse than the first. We were forced to accept the second room, even though it was smaller and looked worse than the initial one (see photos).
- Very poor soundproofing and uncomfortable bed.Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. After two days, new guests arrived next door and it felt like they were in the same room as us. You can hear everything. Sleeping without earplugs is impossible.
- Booking error caused by staff.
