-They are welcome in common areas such as the lobby, reception, the Lounge Bar, and the Terrazza Bar, where a table will be reserved. However, they are not permitted in the restaurant areas.

-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

-Pets may be left alone in the room, provided you notify the front desk and place a tag outside the door.

Pros:

Hotel centrale, facilmente raggiungibile con l auto, hai confini della città, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Scomodissimo il parcheggio, non c’è ascensore che va alla reception, e nessun aiuto per i bagagli.sala colazione molto chiassosa

La atención y amabilidad en la recepción, tanto de Silvia y Tomas, el personal encargado del guardado de maletas , el personal de limpieza y los encargados del desayuno, todos atentos y muy amables. Completisimo el desayuno, excelente las instalaciones la limpieza y las camas, super recomendable, al 100 porciento.. esta a 20 minutos del ponte vechio muy buena ubicación.

Cómoda estancia.
Pros:

Es un alojamiento agradable, acogedor, personal definitivamente muy amabale dispuesto a ayudarte siempre. Se nota que, aunque pasen los años, está en constante remodelación. Nos parecio a mi esposa y a mí suficiente para un descanso cómodo en Florencia, con un desayuno incluido muy completo. Tomaríamos de nuevo una reserva aquí.

Cons:

Las calles aledañas están en construcción, es un poco complicado entender la ubicación del hotel. Pero al dar la vuelta puedes llegar sin inconvenientes. De resto todo sin problemas.

Perfect location, very neat the center. The hotel also have a free shuffle bus to go to the city center. The reception was also very nice and helpful (many thanks the girl at the bar who was adorable with a mega positive vibe) ☺️

החדרים היו נקיים ויפים ומצוחצחים הצוות היה אדיב מקצועי ומנומס. התחבורה הציבורית מתחנת הרכבת למלון רחוקה 10 דקות הליכה. אך מהמלון יש קו 12 ללא בעיות.ישנם מסעדות וחנויות לא רחוק מהמלון וגם על שפת הנהר היפה ארנו.
