Muy buen desayuno. Personal muy amable. Habitación muy cómoda. Luz azul en el baño para ir por la noche sin molestar a los demás.
Algunas cosas en la habitación eran viejas: el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, el hervidor de agua para té estaba roto, un halógeno del baño lucía a medias. Sabiendo que éramos 3 personas nos pusieron poco papel higiénico y se nos acabó, tuvimos que pedirlo. Cuando llegamos, como a las 16 h., la habitación estaba aún sin preparar, aunque nos dieron una bebida gratis en el bar para esperar.
Stayed here before, very nice staff and lobby area is great for family chilling. We had an issue with one of the rooms and staff dealt with the matter promptly and exceptionally.
This time we stayed at this hotel with kids, and while the location is great, it was a bit of a walk for them to get into town.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre historique (10min à pied). Prestation, propreté, disponibilité du personnel très bonnes. Félicitations au personnel de ménage très sérieux. Notre chambre était spacieuse pour 4 personnes et présentait tous les équipements nécessaires. Très bon petit déjeuner.
Mettre à disposition des jeux pour les enfants (bibliothèque, espace de jeux vidéo ou interactif, ...). Nous n'avons pas vu de salle de sport: envisager d'en installer une si ce n'est pas déjà le cas.
Pequeno almoço ótimo, com frutas, iogurtes diversos, cereais, diferentes tipos de pão e sumos naturais. Fazem um capuccino excelente! Muita variedade. Ótima localização, transportes públicos perto e ainda um transfer grátis do hotel para o centro, sob marcação, apesar de o hotel estar a uma distância que permite andar a pé perfeitamente.
