-They are welcome in common areas such as the lobby, reception, the Lounge Bar, and the Terrazza Bar, where a table will be reserved. However, they are not permitted in the restaurant areas.

-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

-Pets may be left alone in the room, provided you notify the front desk and place a tag outside the door.

Morgentlicher Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Arno in einem schönem Hotel
Pros:

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon in der 6. Etage war sehr schön. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut und lecker. Hervorzuheben: Frisch gepresste Säfte.
Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens. Rundherum auf den Straßen ist zur Zeit eine riesige Baustelle. Das wirkt sich auf einige Buslinien aus. Fußweg in die Altstadt ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu bewältigen.
Das Team an der Rezeption war höflich und freundlich (Danke nochmal für den guten Tipp für die Fahrt zum Flughafen... und sogar auf deutsch!)
Das Essen in der Hotelbar war preislich in Ordnung und hat uns auch gut geschmeckt. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen!

Great location, comfortable beds
Pros:

- the most comfortable mattress and pillow I’ve ever had when staying anywhere! So we had no trouble sleeping at all
- option to have a bathtub instead of a shower cabin
- freshly squeezed juice which is made right in front of you (for breakfast)
- location: lots of good restaurants nearby and close to the city center with the main attractions

Cons:

-no full-height mirror in the room or anywhere in the hall area :(
- no modern coffee maker in the room
- the staff didn’t allow us to take a full bottle of water for our table, so we had to make runs to the common table to pour a small glass of water like 10 times during the breakfast (I don’t see why we can’t take a bottle and put it on the table for the convenience of everyone).
- there was a dirty towel in our bathroom when we arrived, but in general the room was properly cleaned and towels changed every day, so not sure what happened with that first towel
