The check in experience was unfriendly, the condition of the hotel is dated, there was no parking available for our car, the air con didn’t work and the location of the hotel meant that it was so noisy through the night.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast & coffee.

Cons:

Extra $50 for a sort of sofa bed. Very misleading given the room is sold for 3 people and children apparently don't pay. Well, if a family of 3 is keen to sleep on one bed. Otherwise you'll be charged $50 for a disgraceful thing they call an extra bed. Disappointed.
