Clean quiet
Food at dinner was not great. Breakfast good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice little area for a drink before heading out.
The property is looking very tired and old on the inside. The rooms are dark and it felt very cold in the room when I arrived.

Across from night club n Maccas, Saturday night a lot of street noise. A lot of young people on the street, very hectic. Unfortunately room overlooked the intersection of night club n Maccas.

the walls are very thin, could hear people couching next to us. could almost hear parts of their conversation at times.
room was very dark, minimal lighting in the rooms made it hard to find things.
not a huge deal, these things happen, but it was unfortunate that the elevator broke down as we were leaving and had to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Staff were nice nice size rooms
Poor lighting in room, lifts didn’t work one of the days, bed on second day was not made , breakfast was cold , the stairs out of the emergency door had no warning on it and my sister fell out of the door because it was not signed the tile on step was broken and she losses her footing and fell . Sister inlaw hurt her ankle due to the fall and this limited us to be able to do what we wanted around Newcastle. As her ankle was sore and in pain .
