Cons:

We had a room that overlooked the traffic lights looking across to McDonald’s , also a nightclub on the corner. The windows /walls did nothing to block out any noise!! Not the accommodation provider fault, but the noise felt like it was inside our room. People yelling and cars revving and racing up the street.
Took ages to get to sleep! We had been out until
About 9pm and the noise was just picking up as we were trying to go to bed.

Over all pleasant experience. Clean, comfortable, great staff. Just a shame about the noise
Cons:

Massive improvement needed on soundproofing the rooms on a property that close to a main road. Loud cars with big stereos sounded like they were right next to me.
Could hear people shouting from the street and I was on nearly the top floor.

Very comfortable bed. Good sized room. A bit noisy as hotel is near 24 hr Maccas. Values for money.
