Not enough Parking
Very friendly staff. Good sized room. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.
No extractor fan in the bathroom, very uncomfortable for the second person using the shower.
Unable to see out of the windows as they were so dirty.

They sorted an overbooking from Booking.com. they found me a room without a worry. They made me feel valued and understood. I had great night's sleep and a most enjoyable meal in the restaurant.

I had booked this hotel only with one expectation of on-site parking. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the parking was full and was advised to park outside.
I was quite disappointed with this, as parking was the only reason I chose this hotel.
