Was kicked out of a prepaid booking at 2 am because they wouldnt accept nfc chip for the deposit. Terrible customer service would not recommend. They have other terrible reviews too

No shops. Property exterior very poorly maintained. It is a dump. Parking was rough.
Staff was ok. Rooms are rough. There appears to not be well maintained physical conditions, overall. Excessive amount of deferred maintenance.

Pros:

Room was filthy. Felt like bugs everywhere. Carpet moldy. They have no hot water for shower. Felt very uncomfortable. Most of the rooms have Asian prostitution. Definitely portrayed as a fancy hotel and it’s definitely run down. Wouldn’t recommend for families or anyone.

The property is run down, dirty and unsafe
Not even one bit like advertised. Should be banned from Expedia and all other Hotel search sites. Should be reported to the Health Department. Unacceptable. They should pay guests to stay there.
