One of the staff was rude the black man with the hair he pick with every one and he said he own the place that’s his place he kick me and my kids out saying I was a fellon and I was smoking weed and I was not smoking weed at all I mind my business I fell like they was wrong for kicking me out me and my kids when they have pimps there when u pull up mans outside and gurl selling they body it’s a lot people are fellons the owner never once wanted to talk to me because he don’t want to be there they all leave at the hotel half of the staff

Nothing we paid for the month of July and my wife and I told them that we are paid up till the 31rst because I paid for the last 5 days after we paid up till the 26 th and on the 21rst I couldn't get my card to go through so went to atm took out the 200 from atm and I paid for the last 5 days on the 21rst with cash instead of card and paid for the last 5 days but the manager on duty told her we was only paid till the 26th but I went down on the 21 th cause card wouldn't workand paid cash soeaning the 21rst even though we wasn't due till 26th I paid up till the first so we wouldn't have to worry bout it but supposivly they can't find receipt well than where is the 280 I paid for from ending on 26 till the first now they says we're only paid till the 26th but I know I paid and it shows on my debit card the day I took the cash off to pay for it so I'm either going to fight it or they are going to give me the money back that I paid on the 21rst to take us up to the 31 rst

When I arrived people were all hanging out in the front entrance the lobby smelled like weed the cops came because a 2 year old was left alone it was fighting and I’m a woman alone scared and uncomfortable I did not stay I asked for my money back and he said I have to go though booking

Terrible El Hotel
Cons:

Cucarachas muchisimas...en todas partes, la ropa de cama sucias y olía asqueroso.. el counter de la recepción estaba pegado y sucio...muchos homeless en la entrada y caminando adentro del hotel..mucha gente de bajo nivel
