Ranchers came to see the city
Pros:

Loved the new rooms! The pool was great as always! Comfy and clean!

The only thing is the bathroom doors dont fully close because they're barn door so everyone can hear you pooping! haha

We can’t remember when we stayed in a hotel we felt so comfortable in. The food was great as well as the service.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean as was the room we stayed in. No carpet on the floors in our room and everything was clean and in like new condition.

Nice updates
Pros:

Upgrades have made a big difference. The rooms are very nicely updated. Bathrooms are unfortunately small, one person max in there (which when trying to all get ready at the same time isn’t ideal). Parkade covered parking, with security gates that close for the night. Restaurant is quite nice with good food. Location is pretty central for getting around. Would stay there again.

Super clean room
Pros:

I was amazed how clean it was when they were obviously busy. Room was spotless and well appointed. Kudos to your housekeeping team. Staff were very kind and helpful and when I had to move my reservation due to weather, they were super accommodating. View of the river was nice. Great place to stay even if your business isn’t downtown.

Fire alarms going off in middle of night and Elevator not working at time of checkout being that we were on the 5 th floor , other than that good

Comfortable, pleasant
Pros:

The facility is quiet, clean and in a great location.

Cons:

I like to be able to use stairs in a hotel, both for exercise and because I don't like being enclosed in elevators. That seemed to cause difficulty, perhaps due to construction so I used the elevator.

Excellent, except for the bad coffee and booking.com not including what I believe to be basic costs.
Pros:

The Room was wonderful and location was great. We could easily walk to the theatre for our play.

Cons:

Was very disappointed that parking and breakfast were not included in the price. The coffee supplied in the room was terrible, and the coffee maker was very difficult to use. It did not work right at all.

Courteous staff/servers, housekeepers.
Pros:

The hotel staff and servers are kind and wonderful. The breakfast is out of this world delicious. Lunch and supper is the same menu and not that appealing sorry to say. Prices are a little too high. Other than that, the rooms are comfortable and the shuttle was some what good, but were too busy to always be available. They should get at least three drivers for shuttle. I rate this hotel a 4 out of 5. Awesome staff
