The location, and the gym was good as it was empty every time I used it.
Rooms very old. Our wardrobe doors couldn’t open properly and bathroom door you had to slam for it to close properly. Could not get a decent night sleep due to the giant electrical unit outside our room (if you do stay here ask for a room on the road side to avoid this). There was also a constant methodical tapping in the roof/wall/pipes (not sure where it was coming from) that went 24/7 which also made it difficult to sleep. Location wise it was great, very close to restaurants and a short taxi ride to Orchard, Sentosa etc.
The room size is pretty big, and the bath tub is lovely . I love the fact the WiFi is pretty stable and stay connected without getting interrupted even when I move from 3rd floor to the first floor for dinner buffet.
the kiosk machine is not really convenient to use

Size of the room and location
No bidet and the water dispenser fr drinking was not working. Cleanliness bad
The room was fine with great views. The in-room facilities were the bear minimum but satisfactory. Breakfast was fine and the various combinations made the choices interesting. The concierge was helpful with travel assistance to various destinations, particularly the bus routes.
The shower was very good and the space in the shower cubicle was good.
Pillows were too hard and high, a better combination would be one high and one lower and softer. The fruit juices at breakfast were sometimes very watery.
Location.
The floor we stayed on was moldy. They happily moved us but it didn’t make for a great start.
The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the Health facilities were very nice.
The food is mainly for Chinese, Malaysian and Singapore people sadly. The hotel needs to start mixing their food with Western foods to become more international.
