Very expensive for what you pay
The decor was a bit dated
There were no nearby restaurants or food places apart from catching the metro to do so.
The room and shower room were very poorly lit, not good enough.
Water from walk in shower splashed outside everywhere, due to insufficient size glass shield, causing you to shower at an angle in the corner and putting a large towel to stop the water going everywhere literally causing a flood the first day.
The thermostat not working properly either water too cold or too hot.in the shower
The sink tap had no pressure.
Every time I ran the sink tap in showeroom toilet would start to top up , very strange and make a noise.
No kettle, but did have a machine that heated up water just below boiling.

The admin and management staff were not friendly at all , very serious more, liike business ppl or school teachers and kept telling you to check in and check out but kiosks did not work.
I did not use the gym or swimming pool so cannot comment, or the garden terrace.
Most strange for the size of hotel, it did not have any snack machines, the coffee was very expensive and they had no weighing machine at all to check weight of baggage except for inaccurate hand held device which was a kilo out after getting to the airport
For such a premium price you would expect a lot more.

Nothing as such. I normally prefer a hotel nearer to some cafes, restaurants etc...

Because they didn't give me what I paid room they say sorry no left balcony big room but I paid for big room that's wrong shut booking com fixed I fell bad I paid extra for you but my money gone for noting. Doyu understand
