Good location good for MTR, Buses,Robinson Clark and Boat Quay
Pros:

Location very good staff very helpful and friendly only had breakfast which was good with plenty of verity. Would have preferred room facing front of hotel but still very comfy and roomy

Cons:

Having to wait 4 hrs to check in after I’d requested early check in which spoilt first day in Singapore

Overall, a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent and the amenities were very good. The overall ambience was very comforting and welcoming. The breakfast was sumptuous.

Here for the Singapore GP. Hotel was comfortable while cheaper than the hotels closer to the track
Pros:

Location to MRT very good which made getting about easy.

Cons:

No continental breakfast option. Standard price v expensive. Nowhere nearby to buy breakfast except 7/11 or garage. (Minor problem and not under control of the hotel anyway)

Nice to have a balcony though so much more could have been made of it. Room size was great.

Cons:

Very worn out fit out. Carpets stained, furniture scuffed. Hotel badly needs a refresh.

Reception desk staff all excellent especially night audit staff. They were personable and helpful.
Room size was good.
Pool was good.
Bus stop across the road good for those who want public transport.

Cons:

Small bathroom. Can’t be helped though.
Need a hand rail to go in and out of pool with ease.
Need a hand rail in and out of spa jacuzzi too.
Location just a little too far from tourist attractions for me in the heat & always had to taxi to venues.
