There was no room and we were moved to another hotel at a completely different location!
A bit further out but near a metro station and top hawker food market

We had access to the club lounge as part of the package. Perfect for me. A coffee and light snack in the morning.
The AI "assistant" in the room was at best superfluous and at worst, downright annoying and intrusive.
I disconnected it, after it refused to turn itself off.
My wife wanted to throw it over the balcony.

I specifically requested a quiet room as I am a light sleeper, yet we were allocated a room facing the main road. The constant hum of traffic continued day and night. However, this was not even the main issue. The building next door was undergoing refurbishment, and construction work was taking place with significant noise even at midnight. I went to reception and asked them to intervene. I was told they would address it, yet the work continued well past midnight.
The following evening, as I was trying to sleep, I must have accidentally disabled the “Do Not Disturb” setting. At 22:30, a member of the cleaning staff opened our door. She rang the doorbell first, but I assumed the faint sound was coming from the television and it was largely masked by the street noise. I find it extraordinary that housekeeping would attempt to clean a room at 22:30. Fortunately, I was not undressed when she entered.
The swimming pool area is located next to what appears to be a generator, and there is a very loud humming noise there as well. Overall, I felt there was no area within the hotel where one could properly rest.
Before it is suggested that noise is unavoidable in a major city, I would point out that I travel extensively and am fully aware that centrally located hotels can and do provide a peaceful environment.

I had just finish filming Knights of the seven kindom in Ireland and was realy looking to relax The management gave me a up grade to a bigger room with a beautiful view of Singapore But the thing i will not forget was the Amazing staffwho made my stay so welcoming to name But a few Muzaffar Azrin Jamil. Muz. Ravi. Mathan Arveenth They were all so Helpful and kind i dident want to leave I hope to go back later this year and there is only one place i will stay so a Big thank you to you all kind regards Bill OBrien
