Wonderful breakfast.
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Bed was comfortable and my husband liked that there was a bath not just a shower.
It was a good location - easy walk to China Town! We walked most places easily. Hop on hop off bus stop right outside the hotel as well.

It’s in a great area
It’s looking very old in the rooms . Very disappointed. This is my third stay but seriously thinking of not anymore .
It was quite well located, close to most attractions. The pool was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly.
We found it quite expensive for what we received. It seemed somewhat rundown, our bed was uncomfortable and the pillows too hard and the room had a damp smell. Generally, we were very disappointed, especially as we had paid a higher price than usual for a hotel that promised so much more than we experienced.
Good welcome from the staff at the check-in, spacious and well furnished rooms, nice swimming pool. The hotel is close to the river quay, with many restaurants and bars for dining out.
For the in-room dining (it was raining heavily, so I was obliged to stay at the hotel), the menu is accessible via a QR code, but the menu is showing photos only of few dishes, so it is difficult to choose. Besides that, the dish selection results quite limited.

Seemed to be shortage of staff! No bellboys to help with luggage both at arrival and departure.
