Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good, across the river from restaurants, bars and cafes. Cleaning staff weee amazing, friendly and approachable.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in was rude. Caters for large groups whose children were loud in the restaurant area and it seemed to be an accepted manner to behave. Maybe it was just us but I would expect parents monitor their children. The fact the pool, spa etc was closed for maintenance for the 3 days we were there. We were really let down as this is one of the facilities we always book due to being from NZ and find the gorg temps hot. We could see no obvious warnings about this on our booking site so we were disappointed.

Pleasant stay at COPTHORN
Pros:

No bottled water in the room. Over F1 weekend I had another night's stay £595.00 for extra night i would say price gouging

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

L'Hotel est très bien situé, à 5mn à peine du métro Havelock et à 5mn de l'arret de bus où transitent une dizaine de bus, pour se rendre dans les lieux touristiques c'est l'idéal.
La chambre est confortable, très moderne avec une genre de tablette qui permet de gérer par exemple la chambre ou de mettre un réveil, c'est très propre et l'on attends pas trop longtemps l'acenceur même quand on est dans les étages supérieurs, le personnel est très gentil.
Je recommande cet hotel.

Cons:

La salle de bain dans laquelle j'étais n'avait pas de douche uniquement une baignoire, ça ne m'a pas dérangé mais certaines personnes n'aiment pas les baignoire

Overall the bedroom was clean and tidy. Staff wee friendly and always willing to assist?
Pros:

Room location was convenient, however some traffic noise on Saturday night.
We didn’t partake of any breakfast from the Hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was regularly wet from the a/c system and was a slip/fall hazard.

Pros:

La chambre etait bien , hotel dans l’ensemble beau , emplacement ideal pour le centre ville . Le buffet pour le dinner est exellent et le petit dejeuner est exellent aussi.

Le prix reste relativement chèr pour une nuit
