Overall an enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Pros:

Easy check in and friendly staff. Housekeeping knocked on door the first morning to see if we needed anything. This was great as we had run out of body wash.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but a choice of additional fresh fruit would have been nice. Only fruit was apples.

We came to volunteer with Samaritan's Purse to clean up after the ice storm. Great experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, I really liked the gravy and waffles.
Our room was really nice, big with extra room, bed was comfy. We were pleased.

Cons:

Toilet seat was loose, and not fixed when we reported it. The hair dryer was missing, but I was promptly given one when I asked.

The breakfast area was nice and entrance area was very clean and nice.

Cons:

I didn't get the room i booked. I was placed in another room with broken tv no phone and odor.staff was not helpful and some staff was rude.

It was a comfortable stay while driving home for Thanksgiving.

Pros:

Comfortable bed comfortable room. facilities were nice. The people were nice.

Cons:

Bottom of the tub is too slippery. when you get in the shower, it’s difficult to remain standing some kind of a nonslip surface on the bottom would be a very nice addition.
