Я бронировала 2 номера, заплатила через букинг, а потом на месте с меня списали оплату еще за один номер повторно. Я тут же обратилась на ресепшн, они сказали, что сделали возврат в тот же день и я получу свои деньги через 1-2 дня. Прошла неделя, денег так и нет. Не понимаю, почему из-за ошибки персонала, я должна платить дважды и искать теперь свои деньги. Это похоже на мошенничество

Funcional e bem localizado
Pros:

O hotel é bem característico de hotel de beira de estrada estadunidense (sem conotação negativa). É simple e funcional. É limpo e muito bem localizado. Confortável sem ser nada extraordinário. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Havia apenas 1 pessoa para atender o balcão de check-in e isso fez uma coisa que deveria ser rápida, demorada.

In Ordnung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und es war am Morgen nicht überfüllt. Es wurde immer wieder alles aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel und hat muffig/ feucht gerochen.

Great location.
Pros:

We were in RM 228.. the room though clean had a smell. We think it was from perhaps a cleaning agent. As that end of your property smelled like our room. The only other complaint is that there was a gap under our door that any rodent or bug could come in. We put a towel down to prevent that but just so you know. We loved Tampa and everyone was nice at your property.

We enjoyed our stay. Have stayed several times and will be back in October.
Pros:

The girl that checked us in was superior. I wish I would have got her name

Cons:

I did request for our rooms to be close together but they were not but not a biggie. She told me next time to call after I book to request.
