Friendly staff

Cons:

Doors locked before indicated, elevator didn't work. Taking a shower, I was either getting scolded or freezing. There were ants in the bathroom. The buttons to the air conditioning unit were filthy. Upon arrival at 6:00 p.m. they had to find out if my room was ready.

The room was clean with plenty of towels etc. Staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant and gelpfu.

There was no hot water in the sink or tub Friday night or Saturday am.

We'd go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Television could not get internet or premium stations, something to do with problems with contractors. Tub drain broken. Heating unit was very loud and kept recycling on and off. This may not be avoidable but I got very little sleep.

NOT AGAIN
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean also a staff helped with me confirming my dates and helped fixed so I can get a good night rest was exhausted

Cons:

U can hear people through the walls also was told breakfast is between 6am-10am but was empty at 8 I had a long trip moving was happy it was breakfast but was disappointing when there was none and wasn't refilling. The staff wasn't as friendly especially at night and location be careful I drove in someone parking lot in a 26" moving truck it's off a highway was imagine me having to back up also not much parking for something big especially if packed house I was lucky.

The front desk staff was extremely welcoming! The ambiance was great down to the decor

I would go back again but not in311

The staff was excellent and breakfast was great

Cons:

Only thing is 311 was a handicap room . Didn't know that . I had to keep air on high because their was a oder like urine in there . I had to keep air on high to cut smell down .

There was no heat in the main lobby. HVac was broken. Very cold. The free breakfast was not able to be enjoyed in the dinning area.
