Perfect stay in Managua for comfort and facilities
Pros:

It was very close to the airport, the bed was really comfy and the facilities were great we used the gym in the morning and then enjoyed the omelettes at the breakfast buffet! Would definitely recommend

A great place to stay and enjoy the Nicaraguan culture in cuisine and architecture.
Pros:

The shuttle driver picking us up at the airport was nice and accommodating for our two families.
The rooms were very nice. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet is fantastic. It’s worth including it in the price. The property is well kept and the different animals make a great experience for the kids.

Cons:

Really nothing stood out.

Prima verblijf jammer van de sekswerkers!
Pros:

Prima hotel als je aankomt of weer gaat vertrekken door de ligging bij het vliegveld, de bedden liggen lekker. Ontbijt erg prijzig maar het avond eten is hier erg goed!

Cons:

Toen we aankwamen deed de dame aan de balie al net alsof ze ons reservering niet kon vinden terwijl ik voor twee dagen had geboekt. Ze ging een beetje interessant lopen bellen en gaf toen aan dat het oké was, vond ik al geen klantvriendelijk begin. Rond een uur of 6 zaten wij aan het zwembad aan een tafel en het viel ons op dat de manager van het hotel om de 10 minuten hele ordinaire meiden/vrouwen naar binnen bracht dus zijn wij hem gevolgd wat er precies gaande was, er bleek buiten achter onze kamer nog een ruimte buiten te zijn met banken en stoelen waar ongeveer 10 oude Amerikaanse mannen zaten en deze vrouwen dus hadden besteld. Ze waren de dames aan het masseren en ze zaten bij elkaar op schoot, bleek dat wij een kamer hadden midden in dit hele gebeuren... ze hadden alle kamers bijna op onze gang gehuurd om seks te hebben met de dames en dit is tot half 4 's nachts door gegaan, ze bonsde luid bij elkaar op de kamers en de heren gingen ook bij elkaar naar binnen om trio's etc te hebben. Ze waren behoorlijk onder invloed van alcohol en luidruchtig. We hebben dit toen aangegeven bij Booking en zij hebben dit gecommuniceerd met het hotel maar zij ontkennen dat dit zo is. De volgende dag aan het zwembad gebeurde hetzelfde weer, dit is dus gewoon een afwerk hotel waar veel hoeren worden besteld! Prima als je er geen last van heb maar ze mogen wel wat beter opletten als je normale mensen ertussen zet met de kamer en ze dan ook nog tot half 4 's nachts voor de kamer drankjes laten doen... ik zou een ander hotel aanraden als je dichtbij het vliegveld wil zitten aangezien het ook erg gehorig is en ze erkennen hun fout dus ook niet.

It was beautiful and very clean

Cons:

A driver representing him self as a staff member of the hotel. He offered us a ride to a restaurant with in 3 miles of the hotel. He drove us out of the way, until we stopped him and explained we knew where we wanted to go. I was traveling with a local friend. When we arrived at the restaurant he wanted 5X the normal cab fare for the ride. This bandit is the worst type of tourist stalker .Beware of hotel Driver , source your own cab.

Dames bij receptie bij aankomst heel attent en vriendelijk.
Ontbijt goed, vers en gevarieerd.

Cons:

alles teleurstellend. muv personeel receptie bij aankomst en ontbijt, was alles beneden peil. Slecht avondeten in restaurant, lauwe maaltijd, ongare frites, bot bestek, personeel niet betrokken of aandachtig. twee persoonsbedden super smal. Kamer badkamer ook klein voor deze prijs, personeel bij zwembad gewoon onvriendelijk, niet geïnteresseerd, toezeggingen zonder deze na te komen.
bijzonder onaangenaam om in restaurant op talloze plekken geconfronteerd te worden met boxen waar je klaarblijkelijk wordt verwacht iets in te doen. Idem het standaard vermelden op rekening van Propina Voluntaria van 10%. Hoezo vrijwillig?

Pratique car proche de l’aéroport et il y a une piscine !

Il y avait un mariage dehors ce soir là. On nous a donné une chambre qui donne sur le mariage, nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit !!! C’est scandaleux de ne pas prévenir lorsqu’il y a un événement comme celui là, de faire venir des clients qui ne font pas parti du mariage (sans un seul geste commercial !), et c’est encore plus scandaleux de donner une chambre qui donne directement sur la musique toute la nuit ! Je suis enceinte, j’ai passé une nuit horrible!
De plus la nourriture est vraiment mauvaise !
