Beautiful and historic in the heart of the Verona action
Pros:

Loved the room size and the courtyard view. The breakfast was excellent as well! We do wish you had a shuttle to pick up from the bus or train station but overall loved our stay. The location was perfect and in the heart of Verona. Close to so many great places to explore. Definitely will be back soon!

Cons:

A shuttle service from the bus and train station would be nice since the buses were tricky and didn’t come as scheduled

El desayuno podría ser mejor y la habitación single demasiado sencilla para el hotel, comparada a varias dobles que vi. La tv no es Smart solo se ven canales de tv en italiano

Needs more love caring and upgrading.
Pros:

Location, buffet, service all good. 8/10 excellent air conditioning.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures terrible. First no hot water at all, then poor shower pressure, could not shower without soaking half the bathroom. It’s an old hotel with lots of charm but they went cheap on remodeling and upgrading. I would not recommend.

Traditional, old-world-style hotel, ideal for visitors of the opera at the Verona Arena
Pros:

My third stay at this traditional, old-world-style hotel – a lovely return to familiar surroundings after two years. There’s been an improvement – a kettle in the room, which I really appreciate. The breakfast was a bit monotonous and basic, but otherwise everything was clean and in order; the staff was very friendly, and everything in the city centre is wonderfully close by. Ideal for visitors to the opera at the Verona Arena. Thank you very much for another amazing stay.

Cons:

Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего, 4 раза просил прежде чем мине таки погладили вещи, питьевую воду в номере не поставили, сильная слышимость при открытом окне во внутренний двор

Convenience to the Arena. Staff a little offhand. Breakfast good. Lovely but tiny bar.
