The location is great, and the room is clean and neat. Free bottle water be provided at the front desk.
Won’t provide free room services, when I ask for clean towels, they didn’t give me immediately, I requested it twice for that.
Easy check in. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Said free breakfast included on the room i booked. But when I checked in the kiosk said it was extra.
La atención del personal
great location and value.Older hotel so no frills, but clean hotel and friendly staff.
Great location right in the middle of downtown comfortable bed,
Automated checking in and lack of staff. There was a bar with QR code ordering after we done that someone showed up to tell us it was closed. The online checking in was a pain and I don’t like them keeping a deposit
-location was great
-staff was really nice
-comfortable room and bed
No service from staff, even check in was on a computer. Room was small. Attached restaurant I waited to be seated and nobody came - I ate elsewhere
The location was close to everything in Seattle, short uber ride will get you everywhere. Shower water was hot and heating system works perfectly.
There was no hair dryer, toilet was so close to the sink and bathroom could be cleaner. My main thing that I didn’t like was how paper THIN the walls were, I could hear my neighbor’s conversation.
I liked everything
I have nothing to complain about
. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful with showing us how to check in.
The pictures on line were COMPLETLEY different from the room we stayed in, online shows a newer, roomier queen bed room, what we got was very dated in contrast. Bathroom did not have a fan for the humidity making for a slightly musty smelling stay. If I can help it, I will likely choose a different location next time because of the deceiving pictures.
The bed was wonderful. I slept like a baby. I usually don't in hotel beds and was dreading it but I was wrong.
You really need a shuddle. I would have paid a little more for the convenience.
Very convenient location.
Guests can easily access great food, coffee, and there's even a bar downstairs. All very reasonably priced for Seattle.
The elevator requires a keycard to function for security.
Parking is available ( we rented a cheaper space down the street to try and save a few bucks. Our stay was due to a family member being in the hospital, we stayed 3 nights on short notice.)
The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The building is well-kept, beautiful, and historic.
There was no microwave. People staying multiple nights might consider this.
There were no bathrobes as shown in the picture when we booked the room. (I left mine at home because of those pictured)
Poor lighting in the location designated to make coffee.
The room we stayed in, the door to the bathroom opens into the bathroom which is already rather small. My husband bent down to lay the floor mat and upon standing back up, hit his lower back pretty hard on the edge of the door on the latch, breaking the skin and leaving a nasty bruise on his back. Larger folks might consider when making a selection.
