Only book there if there no other options available and you really, really need to stay there.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

The AC did not work. We had to open the window and the street noise kept us up. The restaurant staff was rude when we had dinner there.

Cons:

The Wifi didn't work in my room, and reception made poor excuses to me about the building being too old for Wifi to work. That's rubbish. It's just underinvestment. No one cleaned the room even though I requested it. The place is massively short staffed. You always have to wait at reception. I had to go down eight floors to get more water, because the maid was not allowed to give me extra. Very disappointing, despite the releatively economical price. Don't stay here if you are a business traveller who needs Wifi.

Overall very nice stay, clean and good location and great price for Seattle.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient for work downtown.

Cons:

The nachos in the restaurant downstairs. They were not good. But they probably aren't affiliated with the hotel.

Not so happy ending
Pros:

I liked that we were right downtown and front and center for the parade

Cons:

They canceled my reservation but did not confirm with me so when I arrived for my stay they did not have a room for me. Then he found two rooms for me. Charged me twice. The rooms were not clean. The TV did not work in one. The shower did not work in another. He never mentioned that he was charging me a double. Just stated that he was trying to accommodate us charged me almost $300 for two rooms. We didn't have keys majority of the time and felt like we couldn't come and go until 9pm when keys were made available.

Cons:

Made reservation through booking.com. Executive hotel did not and will not honor third party reservations. But do offer you a room at higher rate. Not sure how this is even legal.

Left exhausted and was forced out early due to no parking to accommodate biz convention. Not for biz
Pros:

I asked the general manager and assistant manager about extending my parking during a biz conference, he agreed. However, the front desk told me to move or it would be towed. I canceled a more convenient hotel for parking. I had to make new arrangements-very disappointed.

Cons:

Bathtub/shower did not drain. Water grossly accumulated. No a/c to cool extra hot room without heat. Too cold to leave window open all night. No full length mirror, no disposable wrapped cups as hotel cleaning usually wipes out the standard glasses with a cleaning rag. All the unoccupied room still had alarms left on and kept me awake with a choir of alarms.

Pros:

location is two blocks from light rail and bus. close to Pikes market and pioneer square. its an older building with lots of character and charm. but that being said dont expect perfect facilities. the work out room was adequate with 3 treadmills a bike and elliptical with some dumbells and weight balls. but none of the TVs worked.

Cons:

room was not cleaned thoroughly (toilet area was not swept). sheets had stains (looked like ink). room was on small side but adequate (old architecture)

Average place, look for other options. Not recommended
Pros:

Decent location, and amenities.

Cons:

They charge you $40 to clean up your room, very Sad!
Breakfast is limited to two choices (Sandwich or yogurt!), for additional $25pp, not a good deal.

Nice little place to stay
Pros:

Location is great. Close to the water and pikes place
