I was very disappointed in the standard of the room and poor excuse for a breakfast.

Cons:

To carry cases down stairs to reach lift.
No bedside cabinets or lights.
Safe did not work
Breakfast was extremely poor. I could not eat the breakfast roll, just fast food rubbish.
Tap on basin was loose.
Wi fi poor.

The girl at the front desk was great! And the location was spot on.

Cons:

The ac in the room didn't work and when alerted the manager basically said ph well... some work and some don't. The breakfast was not worth the 25 and when asked if we could switch the breakfast credit to a 1 night parking credit we were told no. Just wasn't worth the price.

Our room was crazy hot, the AC did not work at all, the mini fridge did not work, and the toilet broke (just kept flushing)

No me gustó nada, atención pésima. En ningún sitio informaron que no arreglaban las habitaciones. Hice la reserva con compromiso de pago y me hicieron cargos en la tarjeta sin autorización mía. Cargaron 300 euros por seguridad,

Cons:

No me gustó nada de nada tienes que subir las maletas por escaleras. No volvería a ese hotel ni aunque me lo regalen. Ha sido la experiencia peor de mi vida. Les pedí el libro de reclamaciones me dijeron que harían un descuento, FALSO NO DESCONTARON NADA.

Pros:

Very convenient location to reach both Convention Center and touristy sites. Check-in/check-out were all electronically and worked well; staff at front desk were friendly - but didn't actually provide any service.

Cons:

Room was quite dusty, mold in bathroom. Service is provided only every 7 days, unless you pay extra (even for trash can emptying you need to request it). Windows don't close properly to block out noise from ventilation system of the neighbouring buildings/parking garage. It is an dated hotel that needs some renovation.

The centralized location makes walking around so easy to get anywhere you want to go!
Pros:

This is our favorite hotel in Seattle! It's just a ferry ride away so we leave the car behind in the ferry parking. The hotel is in a centralized location to everything we want to see. Everything is about a 10-20 minute walk away. You can get to the space needle and all that is there by walking to the monorail. Easy! The hotel staff are so helpful. Especially Halah! Thank you Halah and Riley!
