Disgusting rip-off
Cons:

Truly disgusting. The dirtiest and most dilapidated hotel we've stayed at in the United States. And the check-in clerk had all the personality of an ice cube.

On top of that, this morning the desk clerk suggested they might try to charge us for a huge rip in the carpet and a cigarette burn on the bathtub. (We took photos and told the night clerk, but I'm betting this is a recurring scam with these people).

Avoid this dump at all costs. Also, we've now lost the little confidence we had remaining in Booking ratings.

The stay was great. Will go back again next year.
Pros:

The location and the breakfast. Liked that there was a pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. I actually had to use the net to clean out some hair.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel😊
Only complaint.....third floor ice machine broken, had to go to second floor.
First floor out of service as well.
Had three people in our room with only two wash cloths.
Breakfast was ok, didn't know we could order eggs over easy vs scrambled from Buffett.
Asked server how it worked the second day and was not thrilled to answer. Out of oatmeal both days, but the waffles were great.
Overall Front desk person very polite and attentive.

Always pleasant
Pros:

Every time we go to the coast we always stay halfway to test at the Oxford. Rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable.

My go to stay when I’m anywhere in the area
Pros:

Staff is excellent. Always have a smile and ready to help with whatever. Rooms are very clean and kept. The Bistro is a great add to the overall stay. The morning staff Martha, Hilda and Bicki give you a warm greeting every morning and will make you whatever you like.

From a Texan first visit to Oregon
Pros:

Room was great, best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. Café dinner prices were very fair as the food was excellent quality. The only issue was the TV service would go offline from time to time during my two week stay. Oh, and the entire staff were very nice and pleasant to speak to, the kitchen people the bartenders the front desk people and the cleaning crew and maintenance people were great. I would definitely go for another stay. Thank you all for the service and having me. Ya'll keep up the great work!

Free beer, breakfast and dinner… are you kidding me??
Pros:

I don’t think there’s any better combo…

Besides the fact that it feels like I’m dining at a 5 star restaurant, the rooms are also clean. Ilda, Martha and Vicky make the best breakfast in town!

Can’t recommend everything enough. Come take a trip to flavor town.

So many reasons to stay at Oxford Inns!
Pros:

I stayed at the Oxford Inn in Hermiston for business yesterday. I will always make a point of staying at Oxford Inn hotels because they very clean, quiet, use real coffee mugs and glasses in the room, have recycling bins in the room, have a hot water pot and great coffee and tea options in the room; they also have a free happy hour in the evenings with soup and salad. The staff is competent and friendly. This is a great hotel for the price. I hope they continue to offer such great service and clean properties. Someone was picking up litter around the hotel, which keeps it looking nice and appealing….I really appreciate the pride they take in their property.
